We make this one of our must go to places when visting portland. The prices of the food can run a little pricy, but not too bad when you compare the cost for tokens, games are only one token per play! Cant beat that anywhere else. And the games are so fun and believe it or not they keep their games in pretty clean condition! Most other game places ive been are= pretty disgusting. Oh and the pizza here are pretty good! We went back to our table all our stuff was thrown away. We told the front counter they replaced it right away without asking any question excellent customer service. All staff very friendly. Took the kids here to play and they loved it! Food is kinda spendy and the prizes arent all that great but the games are a blast! Plus they have an area for smaller kids to play. Clean and fun for the little ones. Took my baby cousin here the other day and she loved all the games and prizes. She kept saying "look I got a ticket!" It was really cute. It costs about 33 cents per game. The staff were friendly. At one point they did their ticket frenzy, where the kids do a dance with the mouse and get free tickets for prizes. Staff could have been more enthusiastic about it, but it was fun to watch. Also, maybe give the little ones a chance to grab tickets before the bigger kids. Overall, great place. read more

Had my sons 3rd birthday here and it was awesome! I reserved seating and the table which was a relief. They decorated the table and gave him a super hero cape and there was a picture prop cut out on the table. They had a ticket blaster booth, they sang happy birthday to the kids and made it a big deal. It was awesome. My kid had a blast. I booked online, super easy, great price, great time for the kids.. The only thing I dont like is that I liked when they had the hand stamps. Now they have a sticker which could easily be removed or swapped. A bracelet or stamp would be best in my opinion. read more

Chuck E Lady who works there has bad attitude. My son didn't wanted to go in the ticket blowing machine because it's scary. So we could only bring a friend in the machine (usually 2 people - birthday boy and another friend), so my husband made comment that that's not fair that just because my son doesn't wanna go, there's only one person can get in. And the lady said to him, "why don't I bring old policy and no one can go there now". I'm sure she has no rights to change the corporate policy yet watch how your coworker talk to the customer. We go here all the time with my 3 kids who are under 5. Today we went for my niece's 3rd birthday and the kids had an amazing time as usual. The manager was really nice and we got way too many tokens but not enough pizza so he helped us return some tokens and hooked us up with another pizza. Multiple times the staff have been really friendly, accommodating, and helpful! Their job must be tough cleaning up and dealing with kids and parents all day, but you couldn't tell because they are always smiling and quick to help. I love the fact, I can even let my 2 yr old out of sight and she's fine. The place is not so big that I can scan the area and find her and not have to worry about someone taking her since we all have matching stamps on our hands. It's affordable unlike the other kids game places, (John's incredible pizza, which is more for older kids or papas pizza parlour). The best thing is they have a frequent fan club card with awesome deals, mon thru fri from 12 to 5pm. You can get some awesome deals with this card! You just have to ask for it. Upon arrival, my table was already setup and the hostess came and talked about the planning-play time/party time/food and cake cutting. Though the pizza was not the best we had, it was ok and was a hit with the kids who were hungry after an hr of playing :) We had to order drinks and pizza separately for some adults. I went there for the first time today, for a nephew's birthday party. I guess it's a very popular place for birthday's, as there were a total of 6 birthday parties going on that day. I had my 9-month old with me, so I didn't do any of the games. I walked around with her to see if there was anything, but she just ended up laughing at all the noise, LOL. We usually have a good time here. You can let your kids have a little freedom and sit and chat with other adults if you want to. In the past I have enjoyed the salad bar, but went yesterday and it was not as good as usual. Just really bland, everything tasted the same and brown lettuce. Carrots were flavorless and the broccoli tasted like garbage. Ugh. I know, it's not supposed to be great food at a place like this but it has been better. This place is great for my toddler because there are several rides like barney, clifford, bob the builder and the carousel. We go here once a week and the staff are so friendly. While I am not a big fan of these kinds of places, I was highly impressed with this particular Chuck E. Cheese. I took my summer camp kids there and they were terrific! They went above and beyond what they needed to do to make us feel welcome and make sure we all had the best time we could. Brian was the guy who helped us the most, I believe he was the manager. Traveled in the car from Tillamook with my 2 and 5 year old. My daughter has always wanted to go but we never lived close to one. I have high anxiety issues and it was so reassuring to see the safety measures they use to keep the kids safe. I was also glad to see that all the games were one token. The play area was great for my 2 yr old though he had to use the netting to get up the stairs to the slide. As a family of four we usually spend $40 on a dinner and we actually fed everyone and got tokens for that price. An employee made me feel right at home when she politely asked me if I was done with the dishes before cleaning the table, she even suggested we refill the cups for our journey back to Tillamook. We went on a weekday as to avoid crowds, and it was so worth the happy kids they slept all the way home.
