Took My Grandgirls on Wednesday around 3pm. I want to give this location 5 stars but upon arrival the young lady checking us in didn't even say Hi! No greeting whatsoever. No enjoy your time here or have fun. Just stamped our hands and that was it! They aren't rude but they act like they don't like their job! This is a kids spot when you walk in you want to see smiles and feel welcomed, be greeted properly and the fail to do that. They barely talk to you. The Chuck E Cheese Guy was nice. It's clean and they have all the great games that my GrandGirls love. We definitely will return. I just feel for the money you spend on kids activities that the staff would make it more enjoyable also.

You don't come for the food, you don't come for the salad, you don't come for the drinks, and you don't come for the prizes. You come to let your kids run wild for 90 min. Period. And this is the place to do it. Came, used a coupon (see pic I left), won some tickets, got some toys (that will prob break by the time we get home), then left.

The hours listed are wrong , they close at 9. Came in approx. 7:30 there was no one here . About 3 other families came in , no biggie. All the games are spread out for distancing . Our food was ready in a timely fashion but wasn't the best . The fries are thick and dry, pizza seemed like dough wasn't cooked long enough, and bones less wings weren't cooked long enough either. I know they are trying to get the food out as fast as possible but it could at least be cooked . They also seemed to be short staffed . No one is attending the games or wiping them down. I used my own sanitizer and wipes. Will not be coming back to this location !

A fun afternoon with my daughter and niece. It's Thursday after 6 pm and the restaurant is not busy. Enough children running around but not too many to drive me nuts. I like the layout of this location, a separate area for small children with a playground and plenty of kiddy rides. The adult section has fun arcade games for adults or big kids to enjoy. The party area for this location is large and spacious. Bathroom were clean. The soda fountain area was clean and so were all areas of the restaurant. As a plus to parents and adults, this location sells wine!! Chuck E. Cheese was not energetic or fun. Other locations, Chuck E. dances and interacts more with the children, here he was jus blah. I would come back on a weekday, on weekends it gets too busy.

We personally love THIS Chuck E Cheese! I bring my son to this location on average 3-4x per month during mid day hours M-F. During the week we always receive outstanding customer service. There is always a gentleman there doing maintenance on the games and cleaning them. The few times we have had an issue with a game and he is always prompt to resolve issue! Pros: Food is constantly good but nothing outstanding. However, it is kids food not a 5 star restaurant - my son loves their pizza! This facility has always been very clean during our visits. I have been to other locations where this is not the case. This location actually has multi-games where kids can actually interactively play vs. just putting a coin in to get tickets. No more coins, they use swipe cards! Having a swipe card is so great. No more worrying about kids loosing coins or misplacing un-used tokens until next visit! As with all Chuck E Cheeses weekends are crazy busy and most Friday night as well. If possible I would suggest going before 10am and leaving before 11am if you plan to visit on weekend and want to avoid the crowds.

Chunky Cheese pizza, fresh out the microwave ...

Just what to expect from Chuck E Cheese. Fun for the kids. Cheap pizza. Beer not served until 12pm. Helpful attendants.

So... this was an interesting experience in customer service!…read more I used the FANZO sports bar finder website (fanzo.com) to determine that a pay-per-view boxing event was "confirmed" (per the website) to be showing at Dave & Buster's Springfield this past Saturday afternoon. I called the location ahead of time that Saturday and spoke to a D&B employee, who confirmed that the bar would be showing the boxing event. I drove 20+ minutes to the location and, after waiting at the bar for a while, I was told that, after checking with the manager, Dave & Buster's would NOT be showing the event--even though it had been listed as "confirmed" on the sports bar finder website and despite D&B staff confirming it over the phone less than an hour earlier. On my way out the door, I noticed a poster advertising another boxing event (Errol Spence vs. Tim Tszyu) that Dave & Buster's planned to show later that night. I didn't see the event confirmed anywhere online so, when I got back home, I again called Dave & Buster's to confirm that they'd at least be showing the boxing event that night, given the poster advertising the event near the front entrance. They quickly confirmed that yes, the event would be showing. So a couple of hours later, I again drove 20+ minutes back to Dave & Buster's Springfield to watch the event and patronize the venue. Upon arrival, one of the first things I noticed was that the poster I'd seen near the front door just a few hours earlier had been removed. I asked a D&B front desk employee about the event, and she sheepishly replied that the venue had "planned" on airing the event but was unable to do so (for some unexplained reason). So that was two sporting events advertised as airing that same day that ultimately weren't shown. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me, I guess! Later that night, I emailed Dave & Buster's Guest Relations (corporate) to explain what had happened and express my frustration with the experience. To my surprise, they responded promptly the next day (on a Sunday!), apologized, and credited me with Dave & Buster's gaming chips as a gesture of goodwill. (I did have to pay a little out of pocket to purchase the Power Card needed for Guest Relations to transfer the gaming chips, but I nonetheless very much appreciated the goodwill gesture.) So I'd definitely rate the initial experience at the location a 1, but I'd rate D&B Guest Relations' prompt response and gesture of goodwill a 4 or 5. So they get a 3 overall from me (higher than their current Yelp average). I'll say that my experiences at this venue prior to this past weekend have generally been good. I just don't think I'll feel comfortable relying on this location for pay-per-view sporting events anytime soon, and, given the experience I had here, I'd warn others to independently verify any pay-per-view event before making the trip, even if Dave & Buster's staff confirms it over the phone.

My wife got the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, which she loved. I had the Fish and Chips dinner which was great. Our son enjoyed the Chicken Fingers and fries. His wife had a large salad which she said was tasty. And our grandson had the 5 cheese flatbread and fries which he devoured. Service was quick and attentive. After dinner, we played a lot of games for close to two hours. Lots of fun! The only negative comment I have is that the noise level was very high. They could probably turn down the music and games a few hundred decibels! Other than that, a great time was had by all.

That's why I really enjoy Pinball Basement. Located at the UPSIDE on Moore Food Hall, if you've ever been to the Rosslyn metro station, there's a very strong chance you probably didn't see this place. A large suite of Pinball machines, this spot can easily sink a few hours in, and you wouldn't even notice the time. There are even a few retro games that help fill the void left by the lack of an arcade in Arlington, despite DC and Alexandria having at least one in their cities. Pinball Basement will also host tournaments and a Pinball league, and it even offers a monthly membership that lets you play unlimited games. Of course, there's also a Day Pass if you're passing through or visiting family/friends.

Plenty of parking!…read more We did three games for $25. Our team had 5 people, and we were against 2 other groups. When you enter, you are shown a short video with instructions on what to do. You are then take to a room to put on the vest-laser gun combination. A few minutes later, the game begins! If you ask them to show you where the bases are, they will show you and you could hit those bases for more points. You cannot tag another teammate, and when you tagged, there's a few second delay before you are back into play. The age range was from elementary school children to working professionals. It was a fun experience trying to strategize how to get the most number of points! Some folks decided to stay high up and shoot downwards. Others sought to aim for the bases since they have quite a bit of points. Another team defended their base. I would definitely come again!

All the equipment worked fine and had no issues. Besides lazer tag they have some newer arcades and rooms for birthday parties. I like this place better than shadowland but it's more expensive

On my most recent visit with a group of friends, the staff also seemed a little overwhelmed, so service was a bit slower than expected. Even with those drawbacks, I'll definitely be back.
