They brought out white bread, usually by request and also some butter. That was a 1st for me. The bread wasn't the softest but it was probably on the line or near it exposed to heat, which dried it out In guessing?. I ordered the praline pecan pie. It was very tasty. Think caramel added to pecan pie w/o big pecan halves, More like pieces, and topped with whipped cream and praline pecan pieces. Delicious. Initially I thought it was too sweet but it was so good i kept eating it and once he tried it, my husband had several bites too. It's not even that big slice of pie. lol Josie provided great customer service, constantly refilling my husband's water, checking on us, & providing recommendations. The restroom was clean. It was decorated maybe from the 4th of July or for the Labor Day weekend. It seemed quite spacious as there was an area that was closed beyond the bar and smaller restaurant seating area. I mainly eat beef BBQ so this Moe's ONLY has beef on Wednesdays (they usually advertise it as burnt ends) which makes me VERY grumpy! They do have chicken and turkey daily as options but I didn't find the turkey all that great. They do offer Mahi-Mahi on Fridays which is a decent option. The main things I would be interested in here would be the "burnt ends" as it is a decent portion size, the sweet potatoes minus the corn flakes and the Mahi-Mahi. Overall the whole ordering process of only having certain things on certain days is so irritating to me I usually just go to Hog Wild Beach & BBQ where they always have brisket and I like their sauce selection a LOT more! This Moe's does have a cool location and it shares a space next door with Magnolia Meat & Grocery. This location is also right next to Wolf Bay Restaurant which offers some great lunch options.
