I don't live in the area, but I happened to be nearby and had to stop in and check this place out. I'm really glad I did. I ordered the chicken mac and cheese, and it was so good. I've ordered the no spice, medium, and hot, and every level was flavorful. Fair warning though, the hot is truly hot and definitely brings the heat in the best way. The hot was my favorite. I skipped the wings and sandwiches this time since they were a bit pricey compared to what I'm used to back home in the city, but honestly the chicken mac and cheese was more than enough to win me over. I was slightly late due to traffic and the person at the counter did not seem amused that I was 'late' though they still have 2 hours that they're open (the only person losing was me with maybe slightly sad chicken?). However, I did pickup the food without incident. The mild chicken is HOT... if you want really mild you might have to pick no heat. Just my opinion I wasn't a big fan of this place. I came here one day with a friend who recommended that we check this place out. We were second waiting in line, and you would have thought the line was out the door. We waited for 15 minutes just to place our order. The guy behind the counter looked frustrated and upset. Never really much acknowledging the customers. The online orders were coming in and he was overwhelmed. There was only one cook, one person cleaning tables and the guy behind the counter was trying to be a Superhero. That he neglected the customers coming to place their orders. There were a few people who came in and got tired of waiting and left the restaurant. Finally, we were able to place our order. Huge shout out to Antonio who was my server today! Dropped by during rush hour for dinner before going home. This chicken shop opened about a year ago and they have been killing the game with service and food. I decided to order the Leghorn chicken sando and Antonio gave me a free Mac and cheese side to try (I was skeptical - can't just try anyone's Mac and cheese). Came here on Saturday afternoon with 8 teenage girls. 3 of them chose not to eat because they weren't hungry, and the other 5 all ordered something different than each other. Now if you know anything about teenagers, they are picky eaters. I can say that everyone of them was absolutely amazed with the food. There seemed to be something awry in the kitchen, with four workers mostly standing around, confused. The man at the register was apologetic and very kind, but we unfortunately ended up having to take our order to go. We ate our sandwiches in the car on the way to a show. The food is as delicious as we remembered, if a little messy to be eating while driving. Too bad we weren't able to enjoy the meal in the way we had planned because we probably won't choose to come back here--at least not for a while.
