BRILLIANT! I can't…read morespeak highly enough about this company. They did a SPLENDID job scanning a HUGE pile of photos. They had NO limits on what they can do. I chose them because they can scan stereo slides - and they can do so much more! I sent fragile, old photos, prints of ALL sizes - so much variety and they handled it all. They can do restoration of images, as well. Brandon was professional and VERY helpful. My treasured family photos were in very good hands - AND it's not a massive conglomerate. I like supporting independent businesses. HIGHLY recommend without reservation.

Irreplaceable family photos lost -- no resolution. After using Smooth Photo Scanning in the past, I…read moredecided to give them another try for a large and complicated photo order. Most scans were fine, but four large items -- including a painting by my late mother and a blueprint of the home my family grew up in -- were never scanned, and returned, though I was not charged. I contacted the company multiple times. The owner claimed he looked for the items but adamantly denied I sent them, was unhelpful and offered no resolution. These items are irreplaceable and caused a lot of distress. I filed complaints with the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to no avail. I would think twice before using this company.

HR Audio Video used to be fairly reliable, but lately I've noticed how their services have rapidly…read morebeen going downhill. Dropped off a tape recorder December 1st, and more recently 2 VCRs (one that I spent $50 on ebay for them to salvage the needed parts from). The waiting time to get a diagnosis is like 'Waiting for Godot', and both times after finally getting a callback (well over a month) was told "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". Adding insult to injury is getting stuck having to pay their bench fee - especially if you want to pick the item up and bring it somewhere else who knows what they're doing without having you play all these games.

I didn't know where to start and those who I asked didn't have any records for me. I reached out to Monique, finding her in a quick Yelp search, with a few vague ideas about what I was hoping to capture for my friend who was going through and quickly approaching a huge life transition. Monique listened to me stress babble and created the most amazing experience for my girl come to life. It was so much better than what I had imagined and the perfect experience capturing my friends personality and beauty! I really couldn't have asked for more and she pulled it off in record time with professionalism and class. I cannot give enough high praise to MoMo Photography and can't wait to fly back to the City for a shoot of my own! Cheers to Monique and her team. Y'all are truly the best!

I stopped in to get my kid a replacement point-and-shoot camera, and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the salesperson's knowledge and recommendations. I've been buying cameras for almost 40 years, and I don't think I've ever had such a positive experience when buying a piece of photographic equipment. The prices were competitive, and I absolutely loved being able to speak to someone knowledgeable (unlike the big-box retailers, one of which advertised a camera in-store that they only sold online). I'm a big fan and will be back!

He understood exactly what we were looking for and fully executed. He was very flexible as we had to change dates due to covid without any extra charges. The package pricing is also unbeatable - for other photographers we looked into pricing for just wedding photos was the same or more compared to our package with NG Studio which included our engagement shoot, photo and video for the wedding (with Nour another photographer and two videographers + a drone), one full album, two smaller albums for our families, and 3 USB drives. For our engagement shoot, I was able to coordinate with Nour ahead of time to get both photos and video footage of me surprising my husband with his early wedding gift. We loved the engagement session since we were able to get to know Nour better and get more comfortable in front of the camera. He was so helpful by providing us with poses. For our actual wedding, I was nervous about being able to get all 80+ of my relatives in a group photo but Nour's team was able to get the shot! Nour is incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They gave us a link to our full gallery 4 weeks after our wedding. If you're also going with video, I'd recommend selecting or at least considering which ~10 songs you'd like for your video since my husband and I were slow about picking them. They were quick (~1 week turnaround) to make all the edits I requested. Would definitely recommend NG Studio! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
