Market value on this item was $180, he said the price is $190 so I proceeded to ask if that was market value and where he got that number from, so when I double checked his pricing, he got an attitude with me and told me that he is firm on the market price that he just made up. I know it's only $10 and I honestly was still going to buy if market was truly $190, but he lied to me and thought that I was just gonna take his word. Like I said, Ninja Exchange is a dope place where I've done a lot of business, but this vendor might be out to scam some people out of their money by lying to them about the actual market price. If you do plan on purchasing anything from that vendor, double check the market value. He might be trying to screw you out of your money like he did with me.

The smug blonde guy sitting behind the counter with his pug didn't even try to hide his irritation, giving me a look like my presence was ruining his entire day. When he finally bothered to glance at my cards, he didn't just pass--he smirked, openly condescended to me, and told me flat-out that I had "bad stuff." These were pieces from my personal collection that mean a lot to me, and treating an enthusiastic sports collector like garbage is just terrible business. Save your gas and take your collection to a shop where the person behind the counter actually cares about the hobby and treats people with basic respect.

The shop is spacious and well organized. They have a lot of great merchandise to explore. For example; puzzles, board games, Legos, gel pens and other stationary items. A plus is how well they take care of the merchandise you have purchased taking the time to wrap them carefully so they do not get damaged ran transporting. So far the things that I've needed I've always have no problem finding them available here. They seem to be quick to get holiday items out, which is nice. I know people shiver when they see the Christmas things being pulled to the floor early, but it's nice to get a Headstart on shopping for decorations. One thing I wish they had is more floor staff and friendly ones to match the ones working at the register. I think the prices are reasonable, very reasonable. Parking is plenty full.
