The work done was of superb quality. I will ad that the quality of the rebuild and restoration of the bracelet was above and beyond what I was hoping for. Having had this watch for forty years and sending it to several repair shops over the years there is no comparison. I highly recommend Rolliworks. Geoff, Kapaa HI

I sent a 1970 vintage Rolex--my grandfather's watch--to Rolliworks for bracelet repair and crystal…read morereplacement. While the watch was returned well packed and some of the requested work was done, a major visible issue with the bracelet was not corrected. The end‑link connecting the bracelet to the case remained crooked, exactly as it was before the service. When I raised this concern and expressed disappointment, the response from Michael Hui at Rolliworks was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the issue or discussing solutions, I was met with comments like: "You are unhappy that we didn't do work that you didn't request or pay for? Ok well you can have that opinion." And later: "I'm not a mind reader so make a request of what you would like us to do and I can send a quote." This wasn't about trying to get free work. It was about basic customer service, communication, and reasonable expectations when dealing with a specialist in vintage watches--especially when they have the watch in their possession and can clearly see unresolved issues. Those replies told me everything I needed to know about how Rolliworks handles customer feedback. Instead of professionalism or accountability, I received sarcasm and defensiveness. After reading those responses, I decided not to send the watch back. The tone alone showed the type of experience you're likely to have if something doesn't go perfectly. If you choose Rolliworks, be prepared for a strictly transactional approach and don't expect proactive inspection, recommendations, or a customer‑first mindset. Based on my experience, once they have your money, any dissatisfaction will be treated as your problem--not theirs. In response to Michael's comments below: The issue was never that Rolliworks failed to "guess" additional work. That is precisely why I reached out immediately after receiving the watch--privately and professionally--to ask questions and understand what options were available. The issue was entirely about communication and tone. Despite disagreeing with their assessment, I remained polite and constructive. In the same message where I shared my disappointment, I explicitly asked for a new quote that included additional services I had not originally foreseen. My intent was resolution. Instead of engaging constructively, Michael responded with two back‑to‑back messages that were dismissive and confrontational: "You are unhappy that we didn't do work that you didn't request or pay for? Ok well you can have that opinion." Followed immediately by: "I'm not a mind reader so make a request of what you would like us to do and I can send a quote." Those responses were not solution‑oriented, professional, or respectful. It was the aggressive tone--not the disagreement--that led me to disengage and ultimately write this review. Michael, the best customers are not the ones who never encounter issues. They are the ones who experience a problem and stay because it was handled well. How a business responds to feedback is what creates lifelong customers. Unfortunately, that opportunity was missed here.

Let me start off by saying that I have contacted my sales agent at least 5 times about this. I was…read morethen handed over to the new sales manager and I have had zero follow up. My patience has now run out, so I am writing this review. I purchased this beautiful time piece last year. I was sold on it by my agent Roldofo Gil. I really like the piece. I spent right around $6k on the watch. I really like the band, it's crocodile. Anyone that knows me or has followed me on my Chef Journey knows that I've cooked allot of alligator and this reptile is a favorite of mine. I had the watch for about a month and I noticed that the part of the band that has the metal clasp was becoming a bit flimsy. Literally the next day I put the watch on and clasp fell off. As you can see in the pictures. I went back to the store and I showed Roldofo the watch. He told me he would speak to ownership and would get back with me. He never did. So I called him back again. He said they said there was nothing they could do. I was shocked. I didn't say, give me another new watch. The time piece was fine. The band was defective. We went back and forth cordially. I then said, can you at least find me bands that match the watch in another material like a high quality black rubber, etc.. He said he would. Again, crickets. I text him asking what was going on with the band. He then said, "Oh, you didn't get another band yet"? I'm like, no. I want a band that matches the watch. I didn't spend $6k to have a cheap band that doesn't match the quality of the piece. Crickets...... I text again a week or so later. He told me he doesn't work there anymore and he gave me Elaina's phone number and stated she was not a point of reference. I spoke with Elaina and she seemed to be mortified of my experience and she assured me that she would do something. Again, nothing. I have been working in the luxury segment my entire career. When you spend this kind of money, there is an expectation of service. Westime obviously doesn't embody the same ethics and standards of service. Giving me a glass of Prosecco at cost of $7/$9 per bottle is not elegance. Service is addressing the issue at hand. I personally have address this with the personal that sold me the product. I exhausted all of my options before writing this review. I am in hospitality and I deal with my fair share of Yelp reviews, etc....I usually always ask, if you spoke to someone prior to writing the review or having the dialogue. I know I did. In closure, all I want is a phone call. A replacement band, which I'm sure is a minor cost on their behalf or at least a discounted price on a replacement band. Any of these options would better than absolutely nothing. 3058499350 or email me at chefkennyg38@gmail.com.
