I have been here several times. I pretty much order the same item when I go. This is the second time in a row that my food has been messed up. Yeah, I guess I should have checked, but that's what I get for having faith in this place. The passed few times I have been, there has been this kid who works at the front that looks totally lost. He always has trouble finding your order, then he talks slightly above a whisper and you have to ask him to repeat himself. Frustrating. I did an online order for the Tiajuana Street Fries with the chili lime chicken. I asked for no cilantro. I guess no cilantro means I can't get corn either, because they omitted that. It was delicious. I had it almost a year ago & haven't stopped thinking about it since. I got the elote fries & omg... I have not been able to find loaded fries that compare to how delicious they were. Great presentation on the food too, they looked & smelled delicious. This is one of my places to eat. The food has so much flavor. The service is good. I do feel like they put to go orders ahead of people eating in during the lunch hour. Not much to say about the ambiance. It's has a fast food feel. If you want a super flavorful meal I definitely recommend giving this place a try!! I love the Nashville chicken style! A lot of places that I've tried the Nashville style haven't been very good in Houston, but it's good here. Fries were great by themselves and even better with choice toppings. I love the fact that you can choose different heat levels- Beautiful Burn is my favorite; it's got the flavor with the spice. Don't, I repeat DON'T order anything from these people especially for delivery!!!!! We ordered delivery from them today and my food wasn't in there bag. I ordered a chicken basket, which consisted of 2 pieces of chicken and some fries I also ordered some ranch dressing to go with them. Well all I got was a little bit of ranch dressing. No chicken or fries!!!! So we got a refund on that and stupid of us but we ordered the exact same thing again. All I got after waiting over 2 hours for my food was 1 piece of chicken. Not 2 and no fries!! WE WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! Not an I'm so sorry about the mixup or anything at all... I'm sorry but we shouldn't have had to pay for anything at all!! If I could have posted a review about them without giving them ANY stars I would have!!!!!! read more

AWFUL SERVICE. Came the other night and stood at the register for roughly 20 minutes as 3 of the staff members (including the manager) argued with the guests that came in before me to pickup their online order. The staff did not even try to take my order the entire time I was standing there. As this was happening, about 5 members of the kitchen staff were standing in plain sight, talking and joking as I stood there confused. It was getting late and because it seemed like they were having a rough night, I decided to leave and come back another night. So, I came today and ordered ONE SMALL ELOTE FRY. After waiting for over 20 minutes, watching as the kitchen staff laughed and goofed around and ATE FOOD, I was confused as to why my fries hadn't come out yet. I went up to the counter to complain only to find out that they "did not get the ticket." Like, what?? It's one small order of fries!! So they were eating food, while not making mine. A kitchen staff member literally made my fries as I stood there and watched, in less than a minute. They did not even offer me a coupon for the inconvenience. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told to come back tomorrow. F that. Now I understand why the guys in front of us were about to start a fight with the staff. This place has the absolute worst service I've ever experienced, and I have worked in the food industry so I am super understanding when it comes to kitchen delays. But this was just plain unacceptable. Just a warning, if you ever come here, expect the employees to not give a single F***. read more

I called and was told it'll be probably a 45 minute wait but if I order now then the food will be ready when I arrived. I ordered the bbq Mac n cheese fries. When I arrived, my food was ready on time. My wife and I shared this plate. That's how big the portion is. Food tasted excellent. Very good and unique experience. Highly recommend. read more

Food is good. We ordered for delivery from both locations and orders were wrong each time.

This isn't even a real place! Tried doing door dash and my order was immediately rejected and refunded. I drove by their "location" one day and they don't even have a store like they advertise. So sad cuz this place would prob be really good! Or at least the restaurant idea seems like a great idea. But why advertise you have a location on Yelp when you clearly don't. read more
