Service kinda sucks other than the guy who responds when you say skibidi toilet at the front who is the security dood the guys inside were yappin bout some wild stuff but the guys on Saturday were way more chill. It's so mysterious. The selection at this location absolutely sucks holy no one wants any of the shi they sell there expect for the socks and glasses maybe other than that they need more silver in stock they only got like one good ring bro and I want the jeans with crosses. The value sucks but I'm rich who cares gotta love how exclusive it is. Some other people who walk in are absolute degenerates, disgraces they vape they are so stupid oml get them out. read more

I purchased glasses from them for $2,000. A few days ago, a small screw came loose and got lost. I brought the glasses in for repair. I was told that I needed to make an appointment, which I did. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I waited an additional 15 minutes. Then an employee came out and told me that the production department was closed for the holidays and that the repair would take between 6 and 8 months. They also said they would not handle the repair and that I should take care of it myself. The entire conversation took place through a metal gate, as if I were a dangerous criminal. I was never invited inside the store. read more

We had walked over to come shop, but the security out front told us it's appointment only. Even though the store was dead empty, we made an appointment at 1:30 pm. We walk in at 1:27 pm and wait in line while they let in a whole group of different people with out appointments ahead of us. We wait here while the security says there is only 1 sales associate on the floor and taking their sweet time, to end up not buying anything at all! Embarrassing, not how u run a business especially for something as low class as this store. They didn't let us in until 2 pm even though our appointment was at 1:30 and no one's actually showing. read more

I had a decent experience at this store. It's always very hit or miss with the staff. The salesperson I was working with was a bit standoffish and kept saying they don't have anything in stock. I prefer the Vegas Wynn location read more

I visited on Sunday afternoon. I only waited 5 min. to enter the shop, no appointment needed. Very small shop and not much in stock. I tried a few of their rings. They only had 22k gold rings, nothing in silver. The staff at the shop were very respectful and kind. It seems like they re-stock items every Saturday. read more

Not a huge fan of this brand but I want to leave a review for how helpful the staff was towards my friends. My two friends came out with two hoodies and we left a happy group. This was my first time going to a Chrome Hearts location and they had a minimal selection for a small store but they still had lots of great items. Definitely on the pricier side so if you don't want to spend, I wouldn't recommend coming in. read more

12.8.21 post quarantine review Ciera (or Sierra) sorry if I mispelled.. is wonderful! Definitely prefer this location over both of the Los Angeles stores. Although this location is a little bit smaller in comparison to the Las Vegas, it is quaint, elegant and they have a lot of cabinets that carry their products. My main purpose was to buy a hat. Can you believe it? I traveled from Phoenix AZ to Malibu CA all for a... hat. Maybe I should really think about my life choices. But anyways let's continue to the review. As I stated earlier, my mind was set and I wanted the signature Trucker Hat. After speaking with Ciera, she said it would be at Malibu. I even called the next day to confirm, and told it would be available at the Malibu location, so we made the trip 35+ miles to the west. When we arrived, I was told they only had a Red baseball cap. ($660) I felt pressured to buy it as the sales associate said "Buy it." Although he was very honest and helpful, they carry limited sizing and sometimes their in store stock isn't reflected as it should be. A little disappointed at the misinformation but hey, what can ya do. At the end of the day, I purchased a few clothing items, and a mask. (Funny right? Wanted a hat, bought a mask and a tshirt). Masks are strictly enforced (over the nose) and there is a bit of a wait time. Surrounding area is a park and a very nice shopping plaza. I recommend checking out the Whole Foods afterwards and hit up the Hot Food Bar for some grub. 5 stars goes out to the gentleman and sales associate. They were professional and helpful. Also let me try on the cologne which is delicious. Thank you Chrome Hearts. I hope to do business again in the future when I can afford it. read more

This is a run down location. The security guard almost assaulted me and my pregnant wife today. Power trip ? I know the rules as a fellow customer of the brand, we were waiting outside waiting in line when the security guard asked my pregnant wife to move on the side. No space and hot weather tried to squeeze but no where to go. The guy stepped on my feet and then told me it's my fault cause he told me to wait on the side ? On top of that the guy called me stupid when we left. I then called the manager Steven he said that there is nothing he can do. I will make sure that the security guy get the treatment he deserve. I am scared to come back next to this store with hose thugs at the door. Your loss I like to spend money. If a representative of the brand that work corporate see this please act. This is embarrassing for the brand. read more

Other reviews have already stated this ... not the easiest place to find, even though it really shouldn't be that complicated. Had to stand in line for 20 - 30 minutes waiting for people to finish in the store so that we could go in (COVID precautions). Once we were in the store, it is really small inside and there isn't a ton of items. What they have looks to be exceptionally high quality and it bares a price point that would support that claim. Staff were really friendly and it is one of those stores where they kind of follow you around while you shop to make sure you don't need any assistance. Really, just not my type of shop. If you're in the area you should check it out though. read more

Wow, had an incredible experience with this store & the people in it. Went here on a whim knowing it wasn't appointment only, hoping the line wouldn't be long & the selection was good - today, there was practically no wait & a great selection. Walking in, I was greeted by Joseph, who told me i'm free to look around & ask him if I have any questions. I had a question about some rings, and he was very friendly while assisting me. Sadly, the ring I was looking for wasn't there, but Joseph showed me a couple similar styles & I found two that I liked. He helped me size them correctly & all that. Then I look at the glasses & he recommends me his favorites, and we get into a conversation about how I got into Chrome Hearts, the history of Chrome Hearts, where i'm from and all that. A genuinely cool & nice guy who was a great help. The store itself was cool too. I've only ever been to the Vegas stores, and while Malibu is a little smaller, it's still beautiful & has a great selection. Couldn't take pictures inside, which I was a little bummed out about, but I get why. The reason a lot of people like Chrome Hearts is because of the attention to detail. Whether it's their leather furniture, a silver ring or even their take on a Rubix Cube - the detail is there, and the interior & exterior of this store proves that (see photo). I ended up buying 2 hoodies, 2 rings & a facemask, and I love all of them. The lady who rang me up was very nice as well. Overall a great experience - I did not want to leave. I'm gonna come back soon though and definitely ask for Joseph again. read more

I can see why one would get lost and not be able to find the location. It's pretty hidden between a bunch of trees. Nonetheless I got there and made it into the store after waiting about 20 mins. Sadly walked out with no bags due to the fact that there was honestly a very small selection. I saw a ton of reviews talking about the same issue. I made an appointment to look for some silver jewelry. The store is beautiful but Chrome needs to rehaul their customer service experience. No one asked me if I needed help while I was browsing. When I asked an associate about silver jewelry they were very curt and unhelpful. I asked if there was any way I could sign up for restock notification and the man basically told me I should call the store every day to check. read more

What a great experience! The store is a little bit tricky to find -- just look for the small vine covered building with the iron fence. Came at about 3:45 and had to wait in line for about 45 minutes due to COVID protocols. Not at all an issue as they are doing what is necessary to keep everyone safe. Once inside, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Zach was a delight to work with and had no trouble answering every one of our questions. Additionally, even though many of the products were out of my price range at this time, I was never made to feel inferior or that I didn't belong in the store. More high-end stores could take a page out of Chrome Hearts' playbook. Will definitely be back! read more

This is the second Chrome Hearts location I have visited and although my son wanted a black zipper hoodie, they didn't have any in stock, so instead he purchased a long sleeve tshirt and a pullover hoodie. We know that items are in demand and we will go back later. Our salesperson was very nice and attentive to my teenage son. I like that you can walk in and not make an appointment as we decided to drive to Malibu on a whim. read more

Trucker jeans yeah yeah yeah. I stopped by the store because my lighter ran out of gas. When I got in, it felt like I was family because everyone was just so nice. Called in since it would be quite a far distance for me to travel, just wanted to know the prices. Gave a description of the ring and was very descriptive... as well as the name of the ring and style. NO EFFORT to even check, just replied with "We have many rings with that name." Honestly she shouldn't be working there if she couldn't figure out which ring I was pertaining to. I have been here many times and they have all overall been an unpleasant experience. I would recommend the Chrome Hearts store located at Las Vegas over this location, they have 2 (Wynn, Caesar's Palace). What's sad is that the Malibu location is fairly close but I would rather drive 5 hours to go the ones in Vegas. Horrible store, bad customer service... stay away from this location. read more

Hate when there is three people in line but they make you wait an hour just to make the place look busy. Then, you go in the store only to find out that they have nothing in stock or have the extremes of sizes available. THEN, when they do have your size, it's such a box fit that they tell you to "wash it and put it in the dryer to shrink"....WHY IN THE WORLD would I buy something brand new only to have it shrink to become my size? One of the guy staff - a short, bulky guy with a weirdly high voice - would give me such a passive aggressive attitude whenever I asked questions about some of the products. Not to mention, he would glare at me in a pissed-off manner like he's literally looking down on your while being absolutely useless in answering my questions. The location and the vibe is nice, but their customer service is beyond pathetic and the guy is an absolute clown read more

This is the type of establishment you definitely don't want to visit. Poor customer service from the top of the chain which means corporate and retail. I was in the Malibu location, walked in, not a single hello from either the store manager or the corporate woman who was visiting the store. In terms of quality of product, Chrome Hearts will not stand by its own products so beware when you purchase something from this brand. read more

This is one of the smaller Chrome Hearts stores in the world but the intimate feel works for its setting. The store is a little hard to find if you have never been before. Look for an ivy covered wall and walk through the gates as they are know for their hard-to-find locations. The salespeople are real nice and seem genuine. I would go back except the traffic getting to Malibu SUCKS!!! read more

A shiny big hat inside Encore drew me in, see the pic. It was expensive, and I was told of a celeb who bought one. I looked around at the clothes, and they were more than just sharp, they were fun. And I'm a girl who loves to have fun. Then I spotted those green glasses on the counter. Tried them on, with the green outfit I was wearing. Found out they were on sale for 20% off. Enough. I was sold. But......the strength I needed had to be ordered, so that was done. And a few days later I got the call to pick them up. Obviously, service here is perfection. And friendly to boot. I told Encore's proprietor, Diana, all about Yelp. And now I'm telling Yelpers all about Encore. And not everything at Encore is expensive. My glasses ended up costing 50 bucks, not bad for great quality. And I got a matching green case as part of the deal. I would have paid 30 bucks for reading glasses at Walgreens, and they would have been ugleeeee, and minus the cool case. Momma Yelp will be rockin' those sweet green specs at the Holiday event, look out.

So why the 5 stars? Because the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated us like we just bought the entire store. 04/04/2026 We were…read morevisiting a niece on spring break 2026 and she brought us to Kith i. Malibu after brunch to check out the ice cream space addition to their clothing line! I was not expecting this at all especially from Kith who's more known for clothing. There was a line to get in but for clothes, separate entrance for soft serve with no line. Most of the menu had soft serve with a type of cereal mixed in. We ordered a few to try. I thought it was ok overall. Service was nice. Price was a on the moderate to high for what it is imo being simple soft serve with cereal and not having anything unique flavors that stood out but were in Malibu folks so as expected.

Nice big spacious store filled with lots of nice women's and men's clothing along with home decor plus accessories. Very cleaned and organized. Sales rack had some good items for purchases. The cashier provided friendly service as we checked out. Cute store and would go back if in the area.

Often pieces that are quite a high price point but they always have a fantastic sales rack. I love the originality of their styles. I often find pieces and brands I've never encountered so it keeps my closet fresh. Love that I can do that in a single location! The gentleman storekeeper is always gracious and helpful. The reviews for this place are kind of all over the place. We actually only popped in here for a…read moreminute to wander around. The staff were pretty friendly to us, at least one of them was. She greeted us and told us to let her know if we needed any help. The other associate didn't speak while we were in there, but may have heard what the other person said. It's a nice boutique that has an overall good selection of apparel items that are all organized and displayed pretty nicely. I did feel that the price point on most items was a little on the pricey side (even for Malibu), but we didn't get anything and I'm not sure what the overall quality of the product is. I would say if you are in the area and want to do some shopping for some high end boutique items, this isn't a bad place to check out, what's the worst thing that could happen --- you may find something that you can't live without.
