The saleslady who hovered next to me during this mishap, perhaps in an effort to make it clear how much time they put into folding clothes at their job, took both piles of shirts off the shelf and made me wait with my items while she perfected the shirts' folds. After my daughter and I waited on her (no that's not a typo), she then announced she was now ready to ring me up at the register. This is and has been a continuous problem at this location. I hope management considers a workshop for the employees on quality and professional customer service. Making a customer wait with their items while you fold clothes is unacceptable and rude. This can and should be done after you've finished sale transactions. If I didn't like the actual James Perse clothing so much I'd truly never go back. Customers spending $400 on three T-shirts should be treated at a much higher standard.
