Since I couldn't focus on the map (I really needed to go!!!) I decided to just stop here and ask where the restrooms are. I was given specific instructions and found one around the corner from here. Hubbers and I decided to come back to see what goodies they had to offer. I will admit that they're very pricey for our taste but that didn't matter - they didn't have anything we liked. So why the 5 stars? Because the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated us like we just bought the entire store. Most of the menu had soft serve with a type of cereal mixed in. We ordered a few to try. I thought it was ok overall. Service was nice. Price was a on the moderate to high for what it is imo being simple soft serve with cereal and not having anything unique flavors that stood out but were in Malibu folks so as expected.

Located on the corner of Cross Creek Road and Civic Center Way, the store is a bit hidden off the PCH but still access is still quite easy. Parking in this area can be a challenge no matter which store you're attempting to visit but there are some hidden spots alongside the nursery and the thrift shop. Inside you will find two levels to the store. The top level consists of the normal gag gifts and other fun hi-jinx you're accustomed to find in all Urban Outfitters. What else you'll find on the top floor is their version of Bath and Body Works. There are plants and a bunch of other organic mubo-jumbo that I was surprised to see at Urban Outfitters. Although it was unusual the soaps and other items seem to fit well with an Urban Outfitters in Malibu. The lower level consists of the normal funny tees, loose hanging shirts, flannels, and skinny legged pants and jeans. Urban Outfitters isn't my normal go-to place for clothing but their funny gifts always seem to save me when I've procrastinated in buying a BDay present for one of my friends. At least this location has something new to offer.

It's a nice boutique that has an overall good selection of apparel items that are all organized and displayed pretty nicely. I did feel that the price point on most items was a little on the pricey side (even for Malibu), but we didn't get anything and I'm not sure what the overall quality of the product is. I would say if you are in the area and want to do some shopping for some high end boutique items, this isn't a bad place to check out, what's the worst thing that could happen --- you may find something that you can't live without.
