First of all, I love these clothes. They are so cozy and chic. I don't know if they'll last but the black draws lint like you wouldn't believe. But I love it and I really want to buy made in America luxury clothes. But... The worst customer service of my life! They don't reply to emails, the app is always crashing and they are extremely rude. They will bury you in emails and text alerts etc. non stop And, everything is always "on sale". Anyway, irrelevant bc I've been trying to buy some men's for my partner but the app hasn't worked in over a month. I open it and it immediately shuts again. no one from the company seems to know what that even means. This crazy owner just leaves weird replies like, "our Internet is working just fine" lol. I am so impressed with the Bleusalt product, it is my travel and leisure standard for clothing and accessories. It still looks clean, classic and fresh at the end of a transatlantic flight. I ordered 3 items for a pending trip. I received the order in which the packing slip said all 3 items were in box HOWEVER, NO only two of the items were in the box. I immediately contacted the company, send two emails (with pictures of the box and packing slip) I explained that I paid for overnight shipping and need this wrap for a wedding in Europe and was leaving in 4 days. NO ONE answers the phone, and it automatically goes to a voicemail. I then left 2 voicemails and NO RESPONSE. I then DM them on instagram and received a reply and they said my "wrap would be overnighted" but did say the order has not been sent and then completely did not reply again. I am furious. I purchase higher end clothing lines and expect customer service that is accordingly to the same level. Still no reply and yet I have been charged for the items and the $50 overnight shipping. The materials very soft, but I can't justify the price. I bought a few items and I ended up getting the wrong size. I wanted to just exchange not return and they were unable to process it for me because they said I bought it on sale which in the email of my purchase never disclosed anything about final sale it says easy returns if anything, but no disclosure of that so that was a super inconvenience cause I made it drive all the way out to Malibu just to make the exchange to get my correct size now I'm stuck with items that are way too big on me and I will not be purchasing anything again, also when you go in the store, the employee doesn't really know what items you're talking about when you name the names and she seems kind of confused and it's just kind of difficult to work with stories and I wish them the best but I will not be returning thank you read more

I ordered some scarves online. Yes, they are soft, but not as "luxuriously soft" as hyped. The fabric is very thin and holds onto wrinkles. The edges are rough cut (see photo). As other reviewers have mentioned, if you buy something on sale, you cannot return or exchange it. I wasn't aware of this until I tried to return the scarves. I'm skeptical of all the 5-star reviews on BleuSalt's website. I expected higher quality, given the price of these products. read more

BLEUSALT is truly one of the poorest Customer Service represented companies I have ever dealt with. I've had multiple orders with this company. Their products are not inexpensive, not quite the quality that they claim, however, the customer service is excruciatingly subpar. Just because they are represented by Christie Brinkley, Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber, they don't influence this company's quality. How disappointing to be representing a company that has no care or concern for the consumer. Customer Service should be your strongest point not your biggest hole. I purchased some of the more expensive items and quite frankly they've hung in my closet. I'm not impressed with the quality. I'm not impressed with how they launder, and I'm not impressed with how they look. They actually look cheap. I bought a blazer. I will never wear it and it was almost $300. I have taken a chance on Amazon and found better quality there. Their continual emails with regard to high discounts being offered for brief periods of time. I tried to order an item that was on sale, sent multiple emails, made multiple calls because I was unable to finish the transaction. By the time I was finally able to connect with somebody via email they wouldn't honor the sale price. I'm done with this company. I would advise you to take a second look at reviews, perhaps purchase one thing for yourself, see how you like it. If you have issues, attempt to contact customer service. My issues were around the holidays, nonetheless, I have continued to have problems with this company with regard to their app that no longer recognizes me as a Customer. Accumulated points from purchases that they claim can be utilized to purchase items in the future, they change and have disappeared. I'm presuming it's because the app no longer recognizes me as a customer, so why should they retain the points that I've earned due to my purchases? Honestly, I could go on. There's just so many different issues with this company, the quality of the products, the lack of customer service, the inability to have any kind of consistent sizing, another thing that I've really noticed is the lack of consistency with sizing regarding the different women's products. It's taken me a while to leave this review, I wanted to really give them the benefit of the doubt. The one thing that I found that I love is the 3 yard wrap. I had waited and waited for the color that I had wanted to come back and after almost 2 months nothing. So many sales, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the availability of products or notification to customers, and I will again go back to the lack of customer service or a solid business model. I got to meet Robin at Bleusalt during my vacation in Southern California and she was so amazing! We had a fabulous conversation together. She even showed me a meditation and sound practice to help me with some of my personal issues. I really enjoyed meeting her. Bleusalt has beautiful comfortable pieces! They are a little on the pricey side but I honestly love how soft everything is. My latest goal is to create a capsule wardrobe with all things Bleusalt. This is a dream brand. I think the best thing to come out of the pandemic is how it changed fashion. It's totally acceptable now to be comfy and stylish at the same time. To be able to work from home and leave the house wearing what feels like the equivalent of PJ's only better, suits my lifestyle perfectly. Admittedly, I've always been a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal, but joggers, wraps and sneakers with chic simplicity. Yes. So much yes! Their pieces are the most comfortable I've ever owned. Like better than cashmere. The fabric is buttery soft and just yummy. I want to live in it, thus the capsule wardrobe.
