I have been to many different doctors/consultations where I felt uncomfortable going back after receiving a plan so I was googling my other options and stumbled upon Dr. G and his office in Bloomingdale. I went in for a consultation and they explained the procedure Dr. G showed me videos of his patients which made me feel at ease. The assistant was soooo nice and put up with all the questions I had since I came in a little paranoid. (Thank you as well for your patience and putting up with me!) The office staff came in after explaining payment plans and credit care then said that doctor G could get it done that day!!! I did not have to wait. The procedure was not painful, although I was tender and sore the next couple of days but they gave me all the prescriptions I needed to heal. He even LinkedIn messaged me that evening asking how I was doing which was so nice and shows he really cares for his patients. 3/13/2020 I came back everything is healed and they took out the stitches on my pallet and went on my way. My check-in and check-out times were changed despite being verifiable through the timekeeping app. When I politely pointed this out, I was met with an argument instead of a professional discussion. In my years of managing dental offices, I have never experienced front desk staff disputing verified work hours with a temp employee. I was also surprised to receive a one-star review on my staffing platform without anyone explaining what I had done wrong or giving me an opportunity to discuss any concerns. I would appreciate it if one of the doctors could let me know what I did incorrectly, as I always welcome constructive feedback and strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
