Next thing you know she is slapping the appt card down in front of me and it already has a time on it. She didn't even care if it works for us. I thought maybe she just hated my family. She also didn't bother (nor does she ever) say thank you, good-bye or anything. Even my kids think the front desk people are rude. He saw, in fact, that my teeth were not aligned properly and placed a SOLUTION BASED TREATMENT PLAN in place for me that entailed 1 year of treatment with Invisalign and has since then made me a day /nightguard to wear after Invisalign completed - *to act as a barrier to safeguard my teeth when I clench (mostly at night when sleeping -as well as during the day occasionally)- clicking and popping has become a thing of the past - ** other Orthodontists have told me I basically just needed to "live with the clicking and popping" :-( :-( :-( I find Dr. Mahdi to be amazing for this "dream come true" testimony I share .... We contacted Sarah, the Director of Operations, and were able to secure an appointment within days. Sarah truly gave a great first impression of the organization. We arrived for our 5pm appointment at 4:50pm and immediately greeted by Mary who led us back. Mary took our son for imaging and came back and have a comprehensive explanation between treatment options. Mary is a true professional who is kind and caring. Dr. Bicknell then came into the consultation room and went through our sons images with us. Dr. Bicknell took a tremendous amount of time to thoroughly explain our options, answer questions, and give his professional opinion. I have never encountered a doctor who had such a great demeanor and was able to explain the treatment options as Dr. Bicknell. Okay, have a seat and the doctor will see you shortly." Not at Advanced Orthodontic Specialists. I'm always greeted by my first name the moment I walk through the door. The desk receptionists make a point of treating each patient like a person, remembering names and sometimes facts about the person. Many times while in the waiting room, I've heard the girls at the front desk ask patients how their soccer games went or if they had a fun time on vacation.   That's not to mention the very short wait times. I can't tell you how many times I've been in a waiting room for well past my appointment time. This has never happened at Dr. Bicknell's office.  I'm always being seated within 10 minutes of entering the office. The office itself is extremely clean and inviting. It even has a video game room and tooth brushing station!   The care received always surpasses my expectations. Dr. Bicknell and the assistants are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dr. Bicknell's passion for his job is clear as he always goes above and beyond to create the perfect smile. I couldn't be happier with how my teeth look!   It's the little things that go to show how dedicated Dr. Bicknell is to providing the best possible patient experience.
