As a 21 year old car, it has less than 150,000 miles and I love this vehicle! Ryan Miller explained everything needed for normal maintenance, aside from the oil change that I came in for. I appreciate his in depth and quick communication on what was going on. He offered to have an Uber take me home while I waited to pick it up, but I had someone close by - pick me up instead. Ryan gets a "5" star ! My complaint is with whoever did the oil change. The next morning I noticed oil under my car in my garage. The Element has never leaked oil. My husband checked under the hood and it appeared that oil had been spilled while being changed. The belt had sprayed it all over the under side of the hood, was dripping over a lot of the engine components and dripping onto the floor. There was no oil leak, but I could do a cleaner job of changing the oil myself! I take pride in taking care of my car. Most people who see it can't believe it is 21 (almost 22) years old. This is the first time in 21 years I have been disappointed with whoever serviced it. It also makes me question the rest of the work done that day and if/how well it was done.

Your attempt to somehow point out that I am not aware of something of other blemishes is totally ridiculous and does not prove anything but a sad attempt to deflect. Third, no response regarding something so basic as making sure the customers hood is closed before leaving your shop. Sip, nothing regarding that mistake Roel! As I said in my initial review, very put off by approach and comments and will not recommend them nor will I ever take a vehicle back to them.

They got my truck squared away ahead of time and kept me updated throughout the process. The prices are absolutely fair, and it was so nice interacting with a legitimate shop that doesn't try to gouge you on pricing or unnecessary repairs. With their vehicle inspections, they caught an alignment issue that I had been worried about for a couple years and was promised by another shop that it wasn't a problem. They recommended I take it to Big O next door and just as they had thought, the alignment was severely off. I has been driving like this for almost 2 years and no other shop caught this ! They have earned a customer for life and I will be coming here for all my repair needs. Truly lucky that I found this place and I would 1000000% recommend them.

I had a spectacular experience at Meridian Automotive and truly felt I have found a team I trust for my automotive repairs going forward. My wife and I both drive fairly new vehicles and mine has just ended its dealership warranty of 3yr/36,000 miles. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion prior to my warranty expiring so I took the vehicle in for a complete look over. I could not have been happier with the results. My inspection came with a full color detailed report that they both printed and texted me. It even came with photos and descriptions of what those photos were because to be honest I have no idea what I was looking at until I read the description. They ended up catching something the dealership either completely ignored or just simply missed but either way I'm happy to have caught it early. I truly have found my home should I need any future repairs and these guys will even be taking care of the simple things like my oil changes, tires, ect. There were a few additional things I liked about this place too! -3yr/36,000 mile Warranties on most repairs -Free roadside assistance after repairs for a year -Extremely friendly staff. Shout out to Mike! -Tow-Service (Knock on Wood I don't need it ever but its good to have!) -Comfortable waiting room -Very clean shop 5/5 Would Recommend!

I tried using Yelp to help find a shop that had high ratings & mostly positive reviews. I had a shop (Walter @ Mac's Automotive) convince me that replacing my rear end assembly instead of rebuilding the differential would be more cost-effective due to labor & parts. Initially quoted me $2300 ($1700 for the rear end) + $500 for 2 sensors that had to be replaced (told me that I had to do all 4). Ended up having Scott tow my truck from that shop to his & I told him what The prior shop had told me. To my surprise, Scott came back that same day quoting me $1300 for the rebuild. Then he mentioned the sensors & expressed their importance but I didn't have to do all 4. All said & done........$1655 out the door! Thank God For Perfection Drivetrain!
