The wash offering was great, in that the floor mat holders ACTUALLY could support the weight of my Weathertech rubber mats, and they had a tire/rubber cleaner setting with did a great job on the tires and mats. The foam brush also worked very well, nice and sudsy. I recommend rinsing with the wax rinse, which also made it easier to dry the truck ilin the sun. I would recommend this spot just east of downtown and will likely be back.

One year later we realized that we made a huge mistake, because our fifth-wheel developed frame issues and was going to cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. The manufacturer refused to stand by their product - but Big Sky RV stood up for us. They offered us a few options, one of which was to get a new trailer at a deep discount and taking our broken one in trade. They recommend the brand we have now. We love our new fifth-wheel and have had very few problems with it. When we do Kelsie and the rest of the staff have done their best to fix the problem or find a solution that hasn't cost us an arm and a leg. We live in our fifth-wheel full time and are on a fixed income so all their help is greatly appreciated. If you are in the market for an RV or need to service yours, I recommend you check them out.

All estimates were conducted via virtual meetings and communications were text and email. They submitted their estimate with supplement to our insurance. For some reason our insurance sent Bish's the check for the supplement at this point Bish's hadn't done any work and were not in possession of the camper. Over the last four weeks I attempted multiple times to contact Bish's regarding steps forward etc. I never again heard from them once and still haven't as of today. I contacted our insurance company who stopped payment on the check. Very disappointed in Bish's and the whole experience.

In October of last year I noticed oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located. I jacked up vehicle , inspected oil filter area and oil filter was on tight and I could find no obvious signs of oil leaking. However there was alot of oil that coated my skid plate both front and back. I changed the oil on 1/16/22. I use an extractor to remove my oil . After removing oil I notice the extractor showed between 6 and 8 quarts and the correct oil capacity is 5 3/8 quarts with the oil filter . This was overfilled and damages the engine ! I also noticed how black the oil was. I change my own oil and used Master lube back in september because I was busy at the time. The only reason the oil was this dirty and overfilled is masterlube did not completely remove the old oil and then topped it off with adding 2 quarts of new oil. The overfilling of oil probably had something to do with oil spillage on the driveway. After my oil change of 1/16/22 there has been no signs oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS STORE ON MAIN STREET IN THE HEIGHTS. Jamie met me at a convenient location, offered me an outstanding rate, and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. I spoke at length with him during the installation and while he has only been in business independently for a few months, he has plenty of experience from the previous shop he worked at. He does the work out of his personal vehicle, but that doesn't affect the quality! He's just getting started, and by keeping overhead costs down, he can offer you better savings. Don't let the lack of Yelp reviews be a deterrent, Jamie does an awesome job, will work with you on fair pricing, and guarantees his work for 6 months. As long as I'm in Billings, I won't call anyone else for my auto glass needs. This is a good man that deserves your business. Please message him for a quote. You won't be disappointed.

We bought an RV--a Winnebago View on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis--and we lovingly named it…read more"Wombat." We adore the little tank, like seriously, to death. Then, for the last two weeks, Wombat and I got into a real toxic relationship with the onboard "good vibes" system. We went to Mercedes twice. Same story both times: a bunch of charging, a bunch of "we'll look into it," and absolutely no real solution--just money leaving the building at warp speed. So I convinced my hubby: "No more Mercedes." He agreed, and we went private. He found Quinn at European Performance. Quinn promised us a diagnostic on the DEF for free--which, naturally, my husband grabbed like it was a limited-edition coupon that might disappear. Mercedes in Billings wanted 2.5 times what everyone else was charging, so even the savings felt emotional. We pulled in, and before I could finish my seatbelt rant, Quinn had Wombat backed out and connected up. He ran diagnostics fast--like, "where did the time go?" fast. And here's the plot twist: the problem wasn't some rare unicorn issue. It was stuff that's extremely common on the Sprinter chassis... the kind that apparently no one can find or fix consistently. Fun, right? Quinn worked some magic, we got it sorted, and now Wombat is back to being the road-loving weirdo we know and love--no more drama, no more countdown, no more mystery warnings. So if your Sprinter chassis is throwing a fit go see Quinn. He'll get you back on the road without the repeat crash-and-paycycle. Wombat says thank you. And honestly? So do we.

Unfortunately, I have to say something because wow... I have taken my car in to these guys and they have done a good job fixing the things that I have paid for them to replace. However; here's the upsetting part... I took my car into them 3 times in a row telling them "it's running funny", "it's acting weird", etc. I also give them a little info... "while I was out of town I changed the spark plugs myself. You might want to start there, in case I did something wrong as I am not certified but they are. They assured me it wasn't the problem. They even said "It was driving fine, no issue." and to "keep driving it around until something popped up on the dashboard". Love that for me. Even told me that it "sounds" like and is "probably" a piston ring which would be a $8,000 fix. Went on a 1,000 mile (one way) road trip it almost gave out 35 miles before the destination. Thank you to new friends, I knew someone to help me. 15 minutes later... he SHOWED me that I, in fact, had forgotten to tighten my spark plugs. Also, thank you to my friends... even after pushing the car as much as I had... with a little bit of cleaning and proper putting it back together... compression test was perfect and she was running like normal. Beats $8,000 motor replacement... just saying.
