Good self-serve car wash with vacuums that have strong suction. My only request would be to have…read moresome way for the strong study vacuum head to be able to access the tight area between the seats and center console where all the single french fries, pennies, and lip balms always seem to fall. The wash offering was great, in that the floor mat holders ACTUALLY could support the weight of my Weathertech rubber mats, and they had a tire/rubber cleaner setting with did a great job on the tires and mats. The foam brush also worked very well, nice and sudsy. I recommend rinsing with the wax rinse, which also made it easier to dry the truck ilin the sun. I would recommend this spot just east of downtown and will likely be back.

Every time I come to this store for service and/or a car wash, I remember how much the whole team's…read moreperformance is stellar. Great price and wonderful service. Last summer, while washing my truck, a metal pole fell on the top, leaving a dent that cannot be seen unless standing in the box. Rather than hiding or ignoring it, the team immediately reported it to me. I told them, "who cares; it's unseen and doesn't matter". They were so concerned about making it right by me. Impressive. Besides the efficiency and competence, careful attention to detail and doing everything right, I appreciate the redundancy this team practices to confirm the accuracy of their performance. My very favorite part of all is the diversity of the team here. Gender and race. LOVE it. The teamwork they display together speaks volumes for the management of this location. I live in Castle Rock, yet plan as many oil changes, etc., as possible around my trips to Billings, just to be able to enjoy this experience. Well done everyone, always such a great experience! In October of last year I noticed oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located. I jacked up vehicle , inspected oil filter area and oil filter was on tight and I could find no obvious signs of oil leaking. However there was alot of oil that coated my skid plate both front and back. I changed the oil on 1/16/22. I use an extractor to remove my oil . After removing oil I notice the extractor showed between 6 and 8 quarts and the correct oil capacity is 5 3/8 quarts with the oil filter . This was overfilled and damages the engine ! I also noticed how black the oil was. I change my own oil and used Master lube back in september because I was busy at the time. The only reason the oil was this dirty and overfilled is masterlube did not completely remove the old oil and then topped it off with adding 2 quarts of new oil. The overfilling of oil probably had something to do with oil spillage on the driveway. After my oil change of 1/16/22 there has been no signs oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS STORE ON MAIN STREET IN THE HEIGHTS. BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR OIL DIPSTICK FOR QUANTITY AND COLOR OF OIL AFTER USING MASTERLUBE IN THE HEIGHTS OR AFTER ANY OIL CHANGE THAT SOME OTHER BUSINESS PERFORMS.
