Hanh is the best!…read more Made an appointment after learning that she's specialized in butterfly haircuts and wow she did not disappoint. She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. Hanh, you should consider teaching if you ever plan to! Overall, I am a happy customer that left with beautiful voluminous hair. Will be back for a maintenance cut and a fun girly chat!

THE BEST If I could…read moregive her 10 stars, I absolutely would. I literally just got my haircut and had to write this review before even leaving, she's that good. I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. I'll definitely be coming back to her again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the need to share this because this was not…read morethe result or experience I expected after spending $300+. I originally came in with blonde hair because I wanted to return to my natural color. I was very clear that my goal was a complete color change to a much darker brown/black. I did not come in asking for a temporary gloss, yet I was charged $300+ for what I now understand was essentially a gloss treatment. Within only two and a half weeks, the color had significantly faded and the blonde underneath began becoming visible again. I was then told to return once the color faded -- but realistically, I am now expected to spend another $300+ every few weeks to maintain a color I originally came in expecting to be changed? That is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unacceptable. The reason I went to professional stylists in the first place was because I do not trust box dye. I have specifically been warned by stylists about the risks of using it, so I trusted the professionals to recommend and perform the appropriate service to actually accomplish my goal. What concerns me most is that I was never made to feel that a gloss was simply a temporary option that would require repeated $300+ appointments to maintain. Had I been clearly told that the service I was receiving was temporary and that the color would likely fade within a few weeks, I could have made an informed decision about whether that was worth the cost. I trusted the stylist to understand my goal and recommend the appropriate solution -- not to leave me feeling like I have to continually spend hundreds of dollars just to maintain the result I originally requested. Clients trust professionals with their hair, their money, and their confidence. That trust comes with an expectation of transparency about what service is actually being performed, how long the results are expected to last, and what ongoing costs may be involved. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and would like the business to take responsibility for explaining why the service I received did not align with the result I specifically came in requesting.

Rocco is the best!! Great experience and I love my new hair…read more He took me from feeling ordinary to feeling extraordinary! As soon as I got here, they greeted me with an iced coffee drink. Today was my second visit to this salon. I usually go once a month for a straightforward root…read moretouch-up. My first appointment with Alexandra went great. When I tried to book her again, she was unavailable, so the system assigned me to Nicole at the same $110 price. I arrived five minutes early. A different girl (who appeared to be a trainee) took me without introducing herself. The owner, Eric, only stopped by from time to time to tell her what to do next--he did not perform the service himself. She applied color to my roots but missed some areas. Eric suggested adding a toner to help blend, and I agreed. She then washed my hair poorly--barely touching my scalp and not fully rinsing the product or color. After the 8-minute toner, they started the blow-dry (Eric did one half, she did the other). They then had to rewash half my hair because color was still on my scalp. The final result was uneven: one half looked fine, but the half she did was frizzy and puffy at the roots. At checkout the cashier immediately charged the card they had on file from my last visit and sent me on my way--no discussion and no chance to tip. Later I received an email receipt for $250. They had changed the service from root touch-up to "full color" and listed Eric as the stylist who serviced me. This is incorrect: * The service I received was still a root touch-up, exactly like my first visit, with only a toner added. Even with the toner, the price should not have increased by $140. * Eric did not service me--he only gave occasional instructions to the trainee. * I booked a $110 root touch-up with a different stylist. * Their website and booking platform list no full-color service for $250. The actual prices are toner $75, root touch-up $110, and full color $157-$200. When I called to complain, the receptionist first said the owner claimed it was full color. I told her that was false and that I have the booking confirmation. She then said I needed more color because of thick hair. I pointed out it was the same hair I had last month for a root touch-up. She apologized but said there was nothing she could do. I have filed a dispute with my bank. I feel scammed and disrespected. They owe an apology for the low-quality service by a trainee, mishandling my booking, falsely listing the owner as my stylist, and overcharging me.
