The owner, Gary, came out later that afternoon and after diagnosing the problem, made me aware that the motor on the condensing unit was shot and needed to be replaced. It was late in the afternoon and Gary said he would make some calls in the morning to see if he could locate a motor. The next day around 10:00am, Gary called and said he had located one and would be out later that day to replace the motor. True to his word, he showed up a few hours later and replaced the motor. Considering that the next day the temp went up to 92, I can't help think how fortunate I was to take my friend's recommendation to call GWB. I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

The marketing executive showed up the next day whose name was Paul, explained everything in detail and within 3 days he had a new system running quite efficiently. I will keep this company for all my future needs. They don't just advertise 24-hour service as many do, they actually show up with no high pressure. Upon his arrival, Yuriy stated that Inventi Service did not work on electrical heating systems and, so, he refused to perform a diagnostic on mine. Then, because he was not able to figure out how to power on my AC system, he did not perform a diagnostic on that either. Despite this, he then had the nerve to bill me for those services that he had not performed! When I reported all this to Andrei, the owner of Inventi Services, much to his credit, he immediately apologized and asked what he could do to "make things right." When I replied that he should refund the payment I had made, he did so immediately and for that I am most appreciative.
