We move on. Actually worked out better - found a far more reliable, friendly local plumber who was responsive and charged me $200 less. I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

Air experts immediately called, scheduled a service visit within 1 hour, showed up and explained the entire situation. There was no high pressure sales and no attempt to sell us anything. The marketing executive showed up the next day whose name was Paul, explained everything in detail and within 3 days he had a new system running quite efficiently. I will keep this company for all my future needs. They don't just advertise 24-hour service as many do, they actually show up with no high pressure. Do yourself a favor and keep them in mind if you need anything plumbing or heating related. I am almost 70 years old and have never had a better company.

I called Rostron and was advised a technician would be there between 9 and 10 that morning. But, at 8:10 Evan called and said he would there in 10 minutes. He arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem with our older system. He spent some time working all aspects of the unit and discovered the problem was in the part of the system removing water from the humidifier. He was able to flush it and get us heat in a short amount of time. We were veery pleased with Evan's professionalism and dedication to correcting our problem.
