The new water systems very cleanly installed in basement utility room and out-of-the way; it is early yet, but the water coming out of the taps seems clearer and more refreshing. As for an estimate for the original set of jobs, other plumbers had me send pictures of the areas to be serviced, provided a general range for pricing and stated that the final price would be determined when working on the job. He cleaned it for 1/4 the price someone else tried to charge me and taught me a lot about my unit. Prior to him, I literally had 3 companies no-show, then one actually steal my money (I was dumb, I paid up front for a job half done. He didn't show up the next day and ghosted me.) This year, I called Chad again, and he came to fix an issue with my AC fan, and when it shuttered down after a few days, he replaced my unit completely. Chad and his team are THE BEST.
