Immediately upon his arrival, the Inventi Service tech took one look at my heating system and said "we don't work on electric heating systems" and that was that... no diagnostic - no tune-up. Then, he looked at my AC system and said that the reason why it wasn't working was because it wasn't receiving any electrical power. When I asked him if he could repair this problem he said that he couldn't because he couldn't figure out why it wasn't getting any power and that I would have to call an electrician to have this problem fixed. Then he said that because there didn't appear to be any way to power on the AC system, he couldn't perform a diagnostic on it. So, he ended up doing absolutely nothing to either the heating or AC systems. Then, he had the nerve to ask me how I was going to pay for his "heating and AC systems diagnostic service"! When I pointed out that he hadn't performed any diagnostic procedures of any kind on either my heating or AC system he replied that it didn't matter - I still owed him $100! The next day, a technician from another HVAC service company, O'Ryan's Heating and Cooling, came and performed a full diagnostic on both my heating and AC system (which he was able to power on simply by locating - and flicking on - the AC power switch!) and didn't charge me anything to do those diagnostics! So, you can see that I certainly DO NOT recommend that anyone use Inventi Service for any heating and AC service they may require.

Alex came over and looked at the old AC unit and furnace. His professional guidance including a recommended solution was both honest and accurate. I accepted his solution and scheduled the install. The entire time I was kept in the loop by text and phone calls. The day of the job they showed up exactly on time 8am. The team was fronted by Amando and with him was Pete and Tyler. This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units. A Middlesex Water representative came out right away, to assist and let us know what he saw. That night, there was a new issue with a different bathroom that may have been related to the work they were doing. I called up, sent them a video and they came back today and fixed it. After discussing possible solutions, we came to the agreement to have the furnace replaced along with the condenser outside of our home.
