Over the phone after describing the symptoms, he had a pretty good idea of the cause of the problem. The technician verified James' diagnosis and quickly fixed the problem, giving me great descriptions along the way! Rightway was responsive, quick and performed quality work at a fair price. What more can you ask for? I will happily do business with Rightway again. Our unit was running full power, but we had little to no return. We were desperate. Evan quickly made us a priority. He immediately came over to gave us a full and thorough assessment. He gave us a fair and competitive price and did not try to price gouge us (like some of the other companies my wife spoke with who were trying to capitalize on our dire situation). Since then we have had to replace our entire HVAC system to include the hot water heater, A/C unit and furnace. This was done in less than a day, but not before they tried to alleviate the problem first. Again all three systems were replaced within half a days time with no cleanup or disruption to my basement. We recently had them install a new garage door to our backyard that was causing drafts and water issue. They will also direct you to the appropriate replacement stores who have the best prices and quality materials. We had some plumbing issues recently and we didn't call "Batman"...we called Uncle Mikes. Their service plan for the year should make Home Serve hide their heads in shame. If you call for service, you will get the first available appointment, most time same day or next day at the latest. And when you sign up for the yearly plan, you get 15% off any projects and equipment they service. Uncle Mike and A.J. and their crew are all fine gentlemen who want your business for lifetime, not a quick fix and run. We have dealt with a lot of scum since moving to NJ 5 years ago. But Uncle Mikes has not let us down and I continue to send more projects their way. Forget AJ Perri and Home Serve....Uncle Mikes is hands down the best Middletown has to offer. Thank you.
