I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. I also liked the fact Anthony didn't have any of those scam maintenance contracts that the bigger guys try to intimidate you into signing. If they try to pull that crap, run. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

Immediately upon his arrival, the Inventi Service tech took one look at my heating system and said "we don't work on electric heating systems" and that was that... no diagnostic - no tune-up. Then, he looked at my AC system and said that the reason why it wasn't working was because it wasn't receiving any electrical power. When I asked him if he could repair this problem he said that he couldn't because he couldn't figure out why it wasn't getting any power and that I would have to call an electrician to have this problem fixed. Then he said that because there didn't appear to be any way to power on the AC system, he couldn't perform a diagnostic on it. So, he ended up doing absolutely nothing to either the heating or AC systems. Then, he had the nerve to ask me how I was going to pay for his "heating and AC systems diagnostic service"! When I pointed out that he hadn't performed any diagnostic procedures of any kind on either my heating or AC system he replied that it didn't matter - I still owed him $100! The next day, a technician from another HVAC service company, O'Ryan's Heating and Cooling, came and performed a full diagnostic on both my heating and AC system (which he was able to power on simply by locating - and flicking on - the AC power switch!) and didn't charge me anything to do those diagnostics! So, you can see that I certainly DO NOT recommend that anyone use Inventi Service for any heating and AC service they may require.

My central air stopped working at 3am this morning and like everyone else I said to myself, "Oh no, not in the middle of July"! I called All Phase at 8am and they dispatched a tech to my home within 6 hours which given the workload that all HVAC contractors have this time of year was very quick service. The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and dove right into the repair and within less than 2 hours the problem was diagnosed, fixed correctly and the tech himself was very polite and made sure the work area was completely clean and left no debris, an excellent piece of work. Quite honestly even if another contractor offered to do it for free I'd still rather have All Phase Heating and Cooling do the work. There work is simply excellent and they stand behind there work and their prices are reasonable given what their competitors charge. As a matter of fact when they installed my central air conditioning unit their price was about $2,000 less than the big name HVAC contractors that everyone is familiar with due to their large amount of money they spend on advertising. All Phase is by far a much better choice given how expensive HAVC work can be. Try them you won't be disappointed. That's the truth!

They said someone would call me in the morning. The next morning I got a call at 08:00AM. All Phase said a service tech would be there at 11:00. 10:45AM the truck is out side. The tech took a look, told me I needed a condenser and installed in in 15 minutes. As a bonus, he told me my coils were dirty and showed me how to clean them by cleaning them. By 11:20 my A/C was running. I could not have had a better experience and I highly recommend All Phase.
