We have used Chris' talents several times over the years and he never disappoints. First, he air brushed a music stand with blue flames as a gift for my son. Chris did custom airbrush tee shirts for my son's bar mitzvah. The kids and the adults LOVED his work. He made over 80 custom designs and everyone was happy. He is a great guy, funny and cooperative. And I had to call him with lots of questions and even meet him in a random parking lot to deliver a picture and he was wonderful thru out the process. Chris is an incredible artist. Each time I've hired him he has overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. I still use stage-backdrops he made for me in 1992. I called Chris to airbrush a gift for my son last minute. Chris not only accepted the job with such short notice but was very helpful providing useful ideas as I was not sure what my son would want. I didn't have the pair of shoes and shirt I wanted to get airbrushed and Chris volunteered to purchase the shoes and shirt for me so I didn't need to rush out as I was already under a time crunch. Had Chris for my daughter's 10th birthday party. He handled fourteen 10-year old girls with ease. Made them all the shirts, hats, and bags that they could ask for. All I can say is terrible and so unprofessional. I asked Chris to do a helmet for me and what I got was not what I asked for at all. He charged me $60 that I paid before I even saw his work. When I called back to ask if he could please redo some parts he yelled at me told me I wouldn't be satisfied with anything and that it was a $200 job. I have NEVER complained about any business but this was the worst. I would not recommend him to anybody. I was very excited to have shirts made up for the Arthritis walk in June. After reading all your yelp reviews from previous customers I chose to give you the job. I went to purchase the tee shirts for the whole team which cost me $60. When I got home last night after taking my son to karate I looked at the shirts and I'm Not Happy with them. The shirts aren't what I asked for. I asked for the shirts to be Loud and Colorful like on your website (Jayce,Giovanna loves Jorge or even the mission beach letters) I do like the back of the shirts that you made but, they are even with the shirts you can tell that you forgot the last N and added it after the airbrush of the other colors were done already. I do like the Missy Miss on the front of the shirt but wanted more colors. I don't like the word team color or even the letters. You had told me that you have been airbrushing for a very long time and basically you would make the shirts look there best. After paying you $132 and not having a shirt that I can have my team wear was a waste of money. If I was to wear these shirts and other people asking who made the shirts for our team I would be embarrassed to pass on your information. I'm hoping there is something you could do. If not refund some/ most of my money. I do understand that if took sometime to design the shirts but, like I said I'm just not happy with them! I'm not one to complain about anything but, the shirts bothered me so much. Basically I have 11 shirts that that cost almost $200 that I would have to use as dust rags. For my daughters shirt the N is half on her sleeve which doesn't look right. I'm hoping either you would redo the shirts that way I wanted them done. But, I can't afford to go back out and buy more shirts. I'm a single mom with a child who has Arthritis and I was doing something nice to give to my team as a thank you for joining us in this walk. Yelp is lame to begin with. I will be more selective when I help someone in the future. I have remained above insults and using all caps, both of which I find rude. Go be nice to someone; you will be surprised how much better you will feel. Chris has never apologized or admitted that he had made a mistake,. Think twice before you hire him. FYI you have to pay in FULL when placing an order. I wanted to pay half when placing the order and pay the other half after picking up the shirts.
