The woman who works there was combatively rude. She was this way with the customers I saw her…read moredealing with and very much so with me. I took my mother's shoes there to have them retreaded. The woman was impossible to ask anything of, and not because of any lanhuage barriers. I didn't have anywhere to else to get the shoes repaired, so I just dealt with it. I paid in advance for the shoe work. When I went to pick up the shoes on the day she's specified and insisted upon, she claimed she couldn't find them at first and blamed me. These shoes were originally purchased for about $300 and are good shoes. Mom put them on for the first time this morning since the work was done and the retreading broke away. Neither of us really wants to even go back to take issue with the woman because she's so hostile. So we're going to accept the loss and never go there again.
