I picked it up without looking under the plastic bag, placed it int my closet, and finally decided to wear it to church a week later on 26 December 2020. To my dismay, what I now had was a Stephanie Matthews, women's missy size 18, single breasted (buttons on left side) coat: a cheap knock off. I thought that there had been a mistake and my coat was in the hands of some other customer. So, I made two trips to the shop and complained to the management, but here's the kicker; they swore that the women's coat I now had was the coat I gave them. At no time did they take responsibility for the switch or my complaint. I feel lied to and of course upset that I have lost my very special formal coat. I'm sure it will command at least a $450-$500 price in Seoul, Korea where it may be today. Even if I had looked at the coat the day I picked it up, the management would still claim that what I dropped off was a women's coat. I will no longer do business with this dishonest establishment. Customers beware and photograph any high end item to be laundered or tailored with these crooks. Better, yet, avoid them all together. You will be better served somewhere else.

The service is friendly and they stay open until 6:00 pm so I can get there after work. Their prices seem to be about the going rate. I've gone to a couple other places for my dry cleaning and the charges seem about the same. I've never had to have a rush job so their lead time hasn't been an issue for me. The thing that most impresses me here is the good job they've done on several items of clothing that they have repaired for me. Very professional, which is why I keep going back. I recommend them.
