Wow! By far best Chinese to go spot I have ever tried. Sadly, the owner said she's going out of business next week. Not enough profit to stay open. The food is incredible and so fresh. High quality food made to order-- she was so sweet and kind. I felt so bad not being able to help keep her open. But I hope this review will inspire her to maybe open a mobile unit and cater as a vendor. For weddings, birthdays, even memorial services sometimes have food. This spot would have been my go to! She travels everyday from LA just to open her restaurant. What a commitment and so sad to know it won't be here for much longer. Upon entering the location was nice with ample parking in front they had plenty of seating to dine in or you can order to go. It was clean and comfortable to stay, regardless it was a nice little spot. Pretty good spot. Kinda like your neighborhood panda express... Basically it's 1/2/3 viands... They do pack your meal up. I picked the 3 viands and got the orange chicken, broc beef and some chopsuey. They serve it with half noodles and half fried rice. I was lucky since i arrived and everything were freshly made. The uncle was nice and the service was good. The inside was like any fast food joint. It's basically an eat and run place but it would be better to just go for takeout. Also pay with cash. It's cheaper. Also.... Also, they sell trays.... so you could get some for your party. :) read more

I was on my way home and decided to get something to eat close by and saw that they had just open a new Chinese restaurant that had replaced birdies. I have been craving Chinese food for a while so what a perfect time to try a new place out. It's a little small inside so you might want to just order to go. The staff were friendly and suggested to get combo B for next time to get the most bang for our buck. I ordered their combo A which comes with one choice of meat and you can either do half fried rice half chow mein, all fried rice, or all chow mein. I got the half and half with orange chicken. The flavoring for the orange chicken was pretty good it wasn't dried out as some other restaurants. It had a good amount of flavor and tenderness to them. Both the chow mein and the fried rice tasted good and they were not dried out either. The beef and broccoli plate was just as good I love the flavor it had. Overall this place is pretty good and I hope they stay in business for a while. Only thing is that I wish they gave you a little more with your order. it's ok Chinese food, there's better in the area . However, came in to spend $11. They charged $2 for a credit card. Max processing fees should be under .50 Some say it's not a big deal but when a business sneaks extra fees into their pocket, the advertised price is misleading. It also adds up. They're forcing you to pay extra since your food is there in the bag, most likely you're not going to say no. Not a fan of this sort of business practice. It's unethical. Won't go back. read more

Since opening I like to go here because it's a step up from other Chinese fast food restaurants. You can just look and see that the food quality is better than the competition, and the taste is better too. I really like their fried rice because it has actual flavor. This place sells nasty food. Everything tastes like fish. The broccoli tasted like it was out of the microwave.

Food is good, atmosphere is clean. Staff not so nice and lazy. I request noddles with no veggies due to my son having a special preference for food due to his handicap. I understand to make a small amount is not feasible so I always order a large container of noddles so it is financially feasible along with more food for a family of 5. This is my way of saying thank you for the kindness. However, today the owner (Tony) was their and came out and said they would remove the veggies from the noddles already outside, which does not sound very sanitary and I could not believe a establishment would even consider going through food with their hands even with gloves and pull out pieces of shredded cabbage. This establishment is not compassionate to the disable and would not encourage anyone to contribute to helping a small Bussiness like the Chopstix Express to thrive in our beautiful compassionate community of Norco. I have lived in Norco over 40 years and not one establishment t in Norco is this heartless to our veterans or special needs community. Today the owner Tony refused to do it saying it was too much work. It's a shame as I was ordering other food to feed 6 people. Bad attitude cost him a chunk of change today. I was hoping for a great new quick serve restaurant for Norco, sadly this isn't it. We tried the broccoli beef, kung pao chicken, green bean chicken, bbq chicken, and the chicken w/potatoes (yes, potatoes), plus the fried rice and noodles. All of the entrees were so-so at best, I will say the sauce on the green bean chicken was tasty, but the veggies were over cooked and soggy. The noodles were also over cooked and just one giant mushy pile of noodles. They were also fairly expense comparatively. For the price and the quality of food we won't be going back. read more

Unfortunately, this place was a huge disappointment. We ordered two two item plates. One with with bbq pork, general tso, fried rice. The other with orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and chow mein. The food was essentially flavorless (with the exception of the bbq pork) and the orange chicken had a very odd flavor. I would give this a zero if that were an option. We tried six different entrées, and every single one of them were full of gristle. Four of the six were over salted. The other two were breaded options that were soggy and bland. The rice and noodles had been sitting for sometime and were tasteless and dry. This food tasted as if it had been sitting for hours. I've been to many of these types of Chinese buffet style restaurants where the food is premade but this one is the worst I have ever experienced. We threw away 80% of the food. Tried this place. Now I know they are new but they had no BBQ pork the teriyaki chicken was a little to salty for me.
