I recently tried their power bowl for lunch with Picanha steak. It was really delicious! You choose what toppings you want and they have 3 sauces to go on top. Do all 3 of them! The steak was tender. I made my bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, cabbage, pico de gallo, the two cheeses, and the grilled pineapple. Absolutely yummy! My only complaint is the beans were a little al denté and could have been cooked a little longer.

The rice had less of a bite than other étouffée I've had and was similar to regular rice, which I like. The shrimp and grits comes covered with a creamy sauce and slices of andouille sausage. I had a bite from my sister's shrimp and grits and thought they were pretty good but creamier than the other dishes. Everything Cajun Smoke makes is seasoned to perfection and hits the taste buds just right! Marc is our neighbor and he occasionally sells plates.
