Hidden gem like Pho Sam is harder to find when Pho is becoming a boom, as restaurants can easily lose sight of the needs of individuals like us. This place is bright and clean and simple without over-essentializing decorations. Genuine. Refreshing as well. What makes here more special is their Bun rieu.
