The person on the phone was rude from the first sentence. No apology. No accountability. Just attitude. I was talked over, dismissed, and made to feel like I had committed a crime by expecting the food I actually paid for. But wait -- it gets worse. They also flat-out lied about how far away we were to justify charging a higher delivery fee. I know exactly how far my own address is. We are not in another dimension. Yet somehow, according to them, we were apparently located at the edge of civilization. The distance magically "increased" when it came time to calculate the delivery cost. Convenient. And then they charged an absolutely insane rate for the delivery fee. Not slightly high. Not mildly overpriced. Unhinged. The kind of number that makes you check your receipt three times to make sure it isn't a typo. For what? To deliver the wrong food and then be rude about it? So to recap: * Sent the wrong order. * Rude and dismissive on the phone. * Lied about distance to inflate the delivery fee. * Charged an outrageous delivery rate. * Offered zero solution. If chaos had a customer service department, this would be it. I have never experienced such a combination of incompetence and attitude in my life. Truly diabolical. Not even normal.

Since it is a shopping center plenty of parking, and place was crowded too! We then paid and picked up our food. We also asked for extra sauce and wasn't charged for it. Went home afterwards where we ate our food. My mom enjoyed her chicken dish, and I enjoyed my pepper steak. My dad wasn't a fan of his general Taos chicken, said the sauce seemed a little dried out. The food is amazing. Lots of different choices. My kids are very picky. They found a bunch of food they could eat. They have the regular buffet, sushi, bar, and hibachi. Lots of choices with the sushi and hibachi. I went up a few times to hibachi to try the different sauces with different meat options. Some great desserts and ice cream also. Prices for the buffet are affordable even for a big family. I will 1000% return when I'm back in Myrtle Beach.
