I don't even know where to start. I ordered the Mongolian beef and got was a container of onions and a few pieces of beef. I do not recommend it. It's chewy almost and just WAY TOO MUCH onion. I've had Chinese food in dozens of restaurants from fast food (barely Chinese) to fine dining, and many in between. Judging this against the former, this place was a total disappointment. Placed a large order for pickup, requested no sauces, the bottom of the bag was filled with sauce packs., requested no soy sauce in the container with the pot stickers, open the pot stickers and they are soaked in spilled soy sauce, and where the hell are my fortune cookies!?!?!?!? This is my go- to Chinese food restaurant. The staff is polite, respectful and professional . The food is tasty and quick to be completed. The delivery driver is so friendly and likes dogs. ------------------------------TLDR at bottom of review------------------------------- I will be ordering again to make sure that this wasn't just another off night for this location like i had a couple month ago. ( yes I had another bad experience last time I ordered but didn't complain because i've been in the restaurant business for more than 13 years and i know how it can be. you have bad night I get it. so i didn't say anything . but two times in a row.. months apart.. come on man.... Get it together!!) But having been in the business for so long my standards are a little higher than the average Joe. Yesterday I ordered. Mongolian Beef with beef lo main, if you ask me, a classic Chinese restaurant dish that most know and love, that part was decent to taste Ignoring the 10% beef to 90% onion ratio and the beef being a little overcooked it was good, so not much to complain about there, but for a dinner portion and me spending more than 50 bucks on food I want that container full.... it was barley half full and would have fit in a lunch sized container so i was definitely cheated out of my money there. There's a certain expectation when you order a dinner size from a Chinese place, I should be full after that, that expectation was not met. This is something that New King Mao on Needmore RD understands perfectly. Moving on. The lo main. the new bane of my existence.... it was light on sauce and flavorless. This is just a personal preference i believe but I think i'm right when i say we all prefer the fat, sloppy, greasy, flavorful noodles that come with our meal.. this was anything but that. one look and i could tell it was going to be awful and after that first bite it was confirmed. there was no skill put into the lo main and truly tasted bland like how you think paper would taste. Service: Great service. (and this will probably tell them who I am but i have no problem with that I will gladly tell them all this in person in hopes they would take that information and improve but we all know that's not how that works. you tell someone their food is bad and they get mad or say they will so something but never do) but I told the driver to get it to me in the next thirty minutes and there would be and extra tip in it for them. Driver got to me in 30 minutes. Now im not sure if this had something to do with the over quality of the food but if it did. it shouldn't have in any way shape or form . But I have learned from that mistake and will not being doing that again. at least till i know that food will be constantly good every time i order it. We work hard for our money that is taxed at every turn when a place of business wants to take your money for a product it should be good. I hope the next time I order they will have taken a step back and adjust the way they do things. Overall i rate this restaurant at its current status of food and service 3/10 For Cheating me out of a dinner sized portion and giving me that poor excuse of Lo main. We got delivery. It wasn't spectacular but wasn't bad. I wouldn't get the Kung pao tofu again (it was soggy) but the noodle dishes weren't bad. The sautéed veggies were a bit too saucy. I am not sure how they have 3 locations in Clarksville. Maybe they should stick with 1 and work on improving their food quality. Ordered delivery today and I was overwhelmingly disgusted. Seeing as though this is the closest Chinese place that deliver to my job, I went for it. The delivery guy ran off with my receipt and when I called him on the phone to tell him I had the wrong drink, he told me to check my receipt...really! Then I called the restaurant to tell them I ordered the lunch special w/ wonton soup. The woman told me that it didn't show up on my order. So they gave me an egg roll as default. Tonight I ordered from this restaurant for the first time. I ordered 8 pieces of sushi, crab rangoon and 2 eggrolls. It came to $24. I thought it was a bit pricey but it should be worth it. It took them over an hour to get here and I am literally 5 minutes away. The sushi was sub par at best. The egg rolls were cold and so greasy they dripped. The crab rangoon were overcooked, cold, and didn't have enough cheese in them to legally be called cheese rangoon. I was disgusted. I am never getting food there again read more

This place is awesome. Definitely different from your average Chinese Restaurant. They have some Thai food to go along with normal dishes (i.e. my favorite, General Tao's). Their delivery time is outstanding! Got my order in 35 minutes when told would be 45 minutes to an hour! Will be ordering again soon! read more

Just found this place; not sure if it's new or reopened under a new name. I love Chinese and am always looking for places that deliver around Clarksville, since it is very limited. I hate chopsticks so I was glad to find Asia Express after looking into one of those coupon books football teams sell. I ordered General Tso's lunch special, a dish I always get at Asian restaurants. Ordering online is very easy and the delivery charge is $2.00. The only thing is when you order the "meal" it only comes with the main entrée, an egg roll, and white rice for free. However, if you want fried rice (or any other type) it costs extra. They give you a pint, according to the website, but when it came, it was definitely less than a pint. My meal also came with a crab ragoon, unsure if that is with every meal. When I received my meal, it looked very different from what I normally get as General Tso's chicken. It was extremely red. Normally the chicken is brown and so is the sauce. Nonetheless, it tasted like GT chicken is suppose to taste. Unfortunately, if you are like me and get sick from eating asian food, this chicken is no different. Despite the different sauce, the food made my stomach hurt and become bloated. I was really hoping they were different. All in all, it was alright - wasn't the best I have had but it definitely wasn't the worst. Next time, I will either order something else or try their sushi. I ordered the General Tso's meal, which was 5.95, got the fried rice (pt), which cost .99 extra, got the egg roll since it was free (but there are other options you can add - which of course cost extra). With tax and the $2.00 delivery fee, the total came to $9.60 - not too bad for lunch delivery. I timed how long it took him to get to my house (which is only about 10min or less from the restaurant) from the time I received my confirmation email and it was only 28min. I ordered here earlier today, and was greeted by a very rude and condescending asian lady.I was talked to like a Moron for asking simple questions about the menu. Such as, "Are your "vegetarian" dishes cooked in separate fryers and pans?" (The answer was a very irritated no, so watch out vegetarians and vegans) After deciding on General tso's I awaited delivery of my food, delivery was well within the 45-60 minutes I was told, yet the food was a soggy mess, the egg rolls tasted odd and old, the rangoon tasted soured..
