Outstanding food! We were visiting family in Clarksville and ordered delivery for a late lunch. We got a variety from beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, pu pu platter, plus egg/spring rolls and crab Rangoon. Everything was delicious and fresh. Wish our visit was longer so we could eat here again! read more

This was our favorite Chinese restaurant in Clarksville we went there tonight a they are permanently closed do to the owner's retirement. The sign on the door say they are rebranding and opening again soon. read more

Food is so so, and honestly varies week by week. Sometimes "meat" is overcooked and mysterious, heck even the veggies can be pretty suspect.

Food is great but the person answering has horrible customer service. The owner was pleasant. read more

First and last visit. I expected this to be really good after the reviews. It was not. Staff was not pleasant and made me feel unwanted. Once home with the order the food was not very good. Spring rolls are all cabbage/vegetables. Crab Rangoon are super sweet and no dipping sauce was given for them. General Tso: chicken pieces are super small and overly fried until hard yo chew. Sauce was ok, fried rice was not good. Partially rehydrated peas, rice had no flavor. Very bland. Egg drop soup was decent. House lo mein was also decent. I'm still trying to find a good Chinese takeout in this town. This is not the place for me read more

See all

Our Christmas dinner was from here this year as we were celebrating family style the following day. My nephew went to do the pickup so I never saw the place. The food however was pretty good. We all kind of shared entrees and I think my favorite were the veggies and their crab Rangoon. Larger servings and you can actually choose from two different sized on their fried rice meals. Everything appeared fresh and tasty. My brother's family all had good things to say about this place and the family that runs it. Only down side is since we were celebrating the next day we never finished the left overs. read more

My wife and I have had this food two times. The first time was pretty good, so we ordered again. My wife said something was crunchy in her noodles. She started puking profusely. We discovered that it was a green Beatle. Upon further inspection of the food we found 3 more green Beatles. This is the most grotesque thing to ever happen to us. I will be contacting the Clarksville Food and Health Inspectors. read more

Food was ready quick and was really flavorful! I struggle with Chinese food often cause I feel like most of the chicken is fatty thighs but this was soooo good! read more

Pretty good "bad" Chinese food. Little pricey but good portions. Folks are friendly. Not the cleanest, but again... it's good "bad" Chinese food. Pretty much exactly what you would expect from a takeout Chinese restaurant in Clarksville. Set you expectations low and you'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

Nearby from my home . Good food and pricing Always order online and pick it up without long wait. Small area to wait if needed . read more

I love the chicken sticks. Omg. They make them perfect. Best in town. The kids love sesame chicken and my son loved the boneless bbq ribs. We order from here regularly. I miss their delivery guy Kevin. He was always on time and so Uber friendly. Other then that they are constantly good. Not the best I ever had, but the best Chinese delivery in town. read more

Nine Dragons is the go-to Chinese takeout for us in Clarksville. Great prices, generous servings and almost everything on the menu is great. Food is always hot and fresh. The one thing that knocks a star off my review is dealing with the teenage son working the register. He's just a kid, so I get it. But I really avoid ordering on weekends, so I don't have to deal with him. Great food. Great prices. Dash of teenage angst. read more

I ordered on the phone and waited for about a half an hour before driving over to pick it up. The food is good with tasty sauces and not floating in the sauce. It is New Year's Eve and did not have to wait long there were a lot of people waiting. read more

Ordered sweet and sour chicken...my food was old/not freshly cooked...the chicken was so small and overcooked...looked like chicken nuggets and some pieces were fried beyond being edible & the veggie rice may as well have just been regular because it had 3 peas, 4 carrots, and a few onions. I'm highly disappointed because this was one of my fav places to get food. read more

Nine Dragons - Sweet & Sour Chicken with veggie fried rice - Chinese Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I was craving Chinese food so much one day and decided to try something new other than China One because I read some really good reviews about Nine Dragon. I called in an order, Mongolian chicken with vegetable lo mein, and the lady said it would be ready in 20. We got there a little before 20 minutes and the food was ready! I got hope it was still hot and fresh and that Mongolian chicken did not disappoint. The portion was so big, very flavorful, combination of sweet and spicy, and it came with white rice. The vegetable lo mein was also very flavorful which I was happy about due to the fact that some Chinese take out places lack flavor in their lo mein noodles. You won't disappoint! I'd definitely give it a try :) read more

I would recommend if you're going to claim you're open on Christmas that you say your only open for online delivery orders. Walked in to 3 people waiting, that had been waiting for over an hour while the take online orders for grubhub. Horrible way of doing business. Would have also been helpful information to mention when I called to see if you were open. What a way to fort get disappoint someone on an already tough day. Do better. read more

Best Chinese food in Clarksville in my opinion. Hands-down the best sesame chicken and lo mein that I've had anywhere. Wish I lived closer I would eat here once a week at least. Wish they would build one in Cadiz I would go there regularly and they would have a gold mine since there are no Chinese restaurants located there read more

If I could of given zero stars I would have. My dogs could of done a better job. Chicken wings and French fries as simple as that sounds they ruined it. They burned both the chicken wings and French fries and couldn't follow instructions for preparation (chop up the wings). The oil coming from the order was dark brown showing that the oil was dirty. Then the Szechuan mushrooms are extremely oily I requested Szechuan mushrooms not the aftermath of an oil change. This was the first and last time ordering from this establishment. It was disgusting. read more

We just moved here and ordered Nine Dragons to go and we were very happy!!!! Good quality, a lot of food, definitely recommend! read more

The price is not bad they give you enough food for your money. Some of the quality of food has slipped but for the most part the food is good read more

I ordered the sesame chicken and chicken fried rice. Both were terrible. The fried rice tasted like old brown rice. No flavor what so ever. The sesame chicken looked good until you took a bite. All breading, no chicken, and hard to chew. Not sure if anything else is good on the menu but I will not waste my money and find out. read more

The best thing about the 1 1/2 hour wait was when I put 28 dollars of this crap in the garabage. The rice was under cooked, the general chicken was stringy and mushy. I hade to microwave the cold food. The bes part was the fortune cookie. The crab ragoon was good but after the microwave a little tough. Will not make this mistake again. read more

The food was excellent and hot. But, for the same amount of food, I could have eaten at Chopsticks for significantly less money. The wait was long also. read more

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CRAB RANGOONS IN TOWN!! out of the other Chinese spots I have tried in the area this is hands down the best one! I consider ordering just their crab rangoons at least once every day. Highly recommend the general Tso as well. I am a huge fan of this place. read more

This food sucks ! Bug in my food pure grease asked for mustard sauce .. zero ! Nasty food poison

Absolutely love this place. Have become somewhat of a regular. The fried rice is solidly one of the best I've had in Clarksville. My go to is the General Tso chicken. The flavor is persistent and consistent, never overpowering. The owners are always pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. read more

It took us three years to find good Chinese food in Clarksville. Get the house lomein

Consistent on dishes quality, portion size is great, and lots of veggies when asked. I do pick up orders often and their time estimates always seem accurate. They haven't done dine in for a while and so waiting to place an order until you get there doesn't really change the wait time, def order ahead (or just plan accordingly) and you won't have any issues. read more

The food was good and tasted great but there was tiny bones in the chicken meat when I ordered the chicken and broccoli, and there was an actual part of a sea shell in my rice. read more

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and small pork lomain for delivery. Took maybe 45 minutes but it was totally worth the wait. As you can see you get a good amount and it's good priced. Definitely will be ordering from them again read more

always good and a fair price. I have to ask extra Spicy, a personal preference. Sometimes you want a few but it's always hot. I always encourage Covid precautions but their microphone is poor and a nuisance. read more

This is a fine example of Chinese takeout done right. The food (when it was finally delivered) was fresh and delicious. The stuff that was supposed to be crispy was still crispy. Soup was steaming hot. Overall a 4/5 because of the slow delivery time. If you are staying at the sleep inn in Clarksville, choose this, trust me. read more

Chicken was rubber and overcooked. Had no flavor. Egg roll was flavorless and I could taste the oil. Two cups of fried rice had exactly one piece of carrot and two peas. Service was nice and fast. We were the only ones at the restaurant. Not a good showing today. read more

Yes. Nine Dragons is one of my FAVORITE places to get large, tasty portions. I always have them deliver and they have never missed a beat. The food there tastes pretty authentic to you takeout Chinese food and the portions will last you a few days and are just as good as leftovers as they are the day or night of. The deliver people are also really nice and the service there is decent. Honestly, if you want some quick, authentic takeout Asian food in Clarksville, this is the place to go!
