After the employees said it would cost $25 each, the owner decided it would be $40 each because their hair is long and thick. Which was fine by me if the job got done as it should. Only to find out After going home that my daughter who was supposed to have a v shaped layered hair cut, has now very unsymmetrical layers, her hair is a zig zag, line over her back. And the second daughter's hair was barely touched, with some left short and some left too long. So disappointing. Sorry Fatima but you failed me. Never again.

I went in for a dip manicure and the first tech put dip fully on and took it off FULLY twice. He informed Mr Tim (I believe that was his name) that the product was bad. On the third attempt I said I was fine with gel because I was running late to a wedding. On the third attempt Mr Tim did my nails. They were okay but after spending more than two hours in there, my nails were already crackling on my drive back to my hotel. It's now 3am as I'm preparing to head home on a flight and there are parts of my nails that are chipped. It's barely been 12 hours since completion. I understand things happen and the staff was friendly and professional but spending my money and so much time is disappointing when I feel like both were wasted.
