When I called about it while I'm out of town they tell me they can only do it today and hung up on me. I called again and it happened again. I've never had such a bad experience. I've never had a facial before but it was very relaxing, they give you a hand and arm massage as well. The room where the facial took place is rather small, it's more like a closet, but was sufficient. I'd like to come back to Pretty Lady to get my eyebrows done, they have very reasonable rates. A friend of mine goes there all the time too as she lives down the street from them, and she said that in general they are very good.

I've been charged $80 for my two daughters hair trims. Promising that the first daughter would get…read morelayers and the second one would have just a trim. I was ok with the cost because I've already explained how the girls had a bad experience with hair cuts overseas. After the employees said it would cost $25 each, the owner decided it would be $40 each because their hair is long and thick. Which was fine by me if the job got done as it should. Only to find out After going home that my daughter who was supposed to have a v shaped layered hair cut, has now very unsymmetrical layers, her hair is a zig zag, line over her back. And the second daughter's hair was barely touched, with some left short and some left too long. So disappointing. Sorry Fatima but you failed me. Never again.

From the color, to the blend, to the root smudge and don't even get me started on the over bleaching and lightening my ends when it wasn't needed.. it's just all awful. I've spent hundreds going to other stylists to try and fix my hair, when instead my hair was already so damaged I had to chop it all off and start growing my hair out all over again. I only can speak for myself and my experience, but there's SO much more out there if you do proper research.

I found Jasmine's Instagram (@jabrockilove) and her work is just *chef's kiss*. I started going to her over a year ago and she always shaped my brows exactly to how I liked them. She is a true artist at her craft, and she takes her time and is meticulous and detail-oriented when it comes to her work. I cannot recommend her enough. I also got an eyebrow tint here before, which is a natural and subtle tint for the eyebrows. I liked the subtle tint so much, I ended up going to get ombre eyebrow tattoos so I have a subtle tint 24/7. :) Definitely can't say enough good things about Jasmine! I highly recommend going here for your waxing needs.

Came in town for a wedding and went here to get a quick dip manicure. I'm not sure if it's bad…read moreproduct or untrained staff but my nails didn't last more than 2 hours. I went in for a dip manicure and the first tech put dip fully on and took it off FULLY twice. He informed Mr Tim (I believe that was his name) that the product was bad. On the third attempt I said I was fine with gel because I was running late to a wedding. On the third attempt Mr Tim did my nails. They were okay but after spending more than two hours in there, my nails were already crackling on my drive back to my hotel. It's now 3am as I'm preparing to head home on a flight and there are parts of my nails that are chipped. It's barely been 12 hours since completion. I understand things happen and the staff was friendly and professional but spending my money and so much time is disappointing when I feel like both were wasted.

I'd scheduled my appointment with her for 11 am but I didn't actually arrive until almost 11:20, I feared I had lost my spot due to the chaos of my morning that day but she was very understanding and still gave me a very great make up job for my Halloween. I was very comfortable while working with her and she was very helpful at helping me get exactly what I wanted. She is also very resourceful and creative. The pricing was very fair and I was very satisfied with the job that was done. Possibly the only downside was later that night when I was taking the liquid latex out of my facial hair but I guess I should've anticipated that though.

I originally stumbled across Perlas on groupon and decided to book with them because of their great reviews on there. Surprisingly, their reviews on my holy grail Yelp were not impressive. My appointment was at 230 pm, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and informed me that the person who would be doing my lashes was finishing up another client. The business itself is clean, other clients were there getting other services done so it was not very quiet. About 15 minutes later " Isa" came out and escorted me to the treatment room. She was very kind and informative and I felt comfortable being there which is very important to me, we talked and there definitely were no awkward silences. She also took her time and I never felt like she was in any way rushing me out which I have experienced before when visiting other places with a groupon. They offer other services there which I'm sure I'll be trying in the future and I will most definitely be back to see Isa for more fabulous lash extensions.
