The majority of the time store associates are there to sell you a product and don't have much information other than what's on the label. The person that helped me here was named, Lydia. She was not only very courteous and friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable. She gave me the science and understanding on many of the products that I had questions about... When I was checking out I told her what a great experience I had. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the store manager. When I am back in town, I will definitely come to this store because of the excellent customer care and service that I received.I wish all store associates at the vVitamin Shoppe stores around the country could be as knowledgeable as Lydia is with helping customers.

I had never had a good experience with a dentist in my life (maybe because I have a tiny child mouth and I'm always being yelled at to "open wider"...) so, I almost never went to the same one more than a couple times. I was hesitant to start over at another place, but I am so glad I did... On walking in, you can tell everyone loves working there and that they are a family. Dr Greg and Dr Joanne (married couple practice, how nice?) are so sweet they provide their own figurative job security; plus they have gadgets for checking your teeth that I had never heard of (including this thingy you can rest your teeth on that holds my tiny child mouth open for fillings, etc.) and the whole staff is excellent at what they do. In addition to regular cleanings, I had Six-Month-Smiles (quick braces thingies) to re-straighten my teeth before my wedding, so I got to spend more time there than the average patient which allowed me more time to observe the interactions between the hygienists, assistants, techs, doctors, and other patients. So, there are my credentials on the subject. :) P.S. Almost my whole family goes there now, and everyone agrees, APDC is phenomenal. You should go... tell them Melissa S. sent you!

Absolutely no one on staff offered to help me in any capacity. I ended up only being able to get 2 out of the 4 things I wanted due to my physical limitations and trying to be respectful of the store closing time. It would've been nice if the worker who told me I'd have to return for my pickup order offered me any sort of assistance. Really disappointed in the workers and their lack of consideration. NOT a disability friendly store.

NP Deana Yasso-Vander Vliet guided me through the diagnosis and explained all that was planned for my nose. She has a fine sense of humor and put me at ease throughout. Dr. Mark Toma performed the surgery to make this hole on the right side of my nose actually do something other than just sit there being a hole. All was explained to me before and after the operation. It's been an epiphany for me. BOTH nostrils are supposed to work. Imagine that. I recommend SE MI ENT and especially NP Y-VV & Dr. M. Dr Shadi stood out to me among many other cosmetic dentists in south east Michigan for his perfect work, demeanor and the staff . I had looked at thousands of photos of teeth online and even considered flying to another state to have work done . So happy I found him . The ladies in the office are all incredibly kind . I joked to my partner after my first visit that everyone was too nice !!! I went to consults at two other dentists who specialize in veneers and crowns and I was not impressed . One wanted a consult fee upfront just to see me and not do any work , the other was a bit stuffy . The other dentists I passed on , I didn't like their esthetic . Long story short, I needed expansive restorative dentistry because my mouth was full of inlays , old cavities and new , thanks to genetics , and my teeth were crooked after years of braces in my teens . I wore a retainer for 10 + years EVERY NIGHT as an adult . Earlier this summer I received a crown from Dr . Shadi and they were so kind to me with adjustments and the temporary . No one pressured me to do anything and the doctor even offered to try a filling to be cost effective but eventually I would need a crown down the line . I never felt like a bother even though I know I might be. Everytime I asked about doing more cosmetic work , they didn't try to sell me on a thing even though I knew I wanted to move forward . I essentially point blank said please give me options for cosmetic work NOW ! They were phenomenal with their patience and guidance . Right now , I'm in "temporary teeth" that look like final real amazingly perfect teeth. They are spectacular . I couldn't be happier .
