So we changed it to 2pm. They have a nice set-up and they're located in the Kroger plaza. It's like a 5-minute drive from my parents' house, which is why I bought the Groupon. Out of all of these experiences, I can honestly and sincerely say that Jen is THE BEST. Not only is she welcoming and warm, but her technique is top-notch. I usually have re-growth within a week or two of a Brazilian, but for some reason - I had barely any within a week. And then two weeks came along, and still barely any growth! I'm going on 3 1/2 weeks now and my hair is even and thin - which is RARE for me in between waxes. I know this is due to Jen's expert technique.
