By this time I had already tried all of their salads. I don't have a favorite as all of them are so deliciously fresh. You can ask to try their sooooo many different kinds of dressings. The natural drinks are good too, but service on juice is a bit slow so I recommend you call to place your order if you're in a hurry. It was my first time here with my coworker. She found it on Yelp and the food was delicious. Seriously one of the best salads I've had. Everything was so fresh and delicious. There's also an array and mass variety of toppings and substitutions they offer. They have an amazing assortment of their special salads. We tried the south of the border and strawberry fields, both delicious. I recommend the smaller size if you don't want a lot or get a large one and save the half for later. I'm not even from the area and this place is SOOO good! My friend got me hooked. There's so many options and they're all relatively cheap for all the fresh and healthy choices. I've been here several times and I've had their fresh veggie juice, wrap and salad. I really enjoyed their South of the Border salad better than the wrap, and the cilantro dressing goes great with it! I believe they have two different types of cilantro dressing so sample both dressing before making your pick. I'm definitely coming back to explore the menu. read more

Chop'd has become my go to place for my lunch breaks since it's near my job. I love coming here because everything is fresh. I usually order the Caesar salad with chicken (which I might add is some really good chicken) and I also order the strawberry banana smoothie. When you order you order by the oz and it can be a little expensive but at least you know you are ordering something healthy. Just an FYI they take their time in preparing your food so be prepared to wait a few minutes. I definitely recommend this place. Also, the staff is really friendly. read more

First of all the tuna was fishie, second it was a super thin sandwich. Ive had panini's, they're not that thin. Also ordered a detox #1. I love having this option for fresh and healthy food in the neighborhood. They have salads and wraps where you can build your own or choose one of their combinations. They also make juices and smoothies. I like their California wraps and salads, and my 2 year old loves getting a little fruit salad with cucumbers and peppers and a scoop of tuna salad salad on the side. Finally La Mirada has a truly healthy place to eat. Ate there last night. Had a wrap and protein smoothie. Wife had a Greek Salad. Everything is super fresh and you get to customize the food to your liking. Very tasty healthy food. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and the place is clean and modern looking inside.
