I frequently eat Jersey mikes at least 1-2 times a week and go to a location near my job. Don't normally eat it when I'm home. I've came to this Jersey mikes a total of 3 times and all three times I've had my sandwich made incorrectly. First time I paid for bacon, no bacon. Second time no sauce, and today my order was wrong again. I've called this location and told them about their errors. They offered to remake, but when you're already home it's just it's just more of a hassle. Genuinely wish they'd get their act together as I enjoy eating Jersey mikes but am beginning to feel like I should only go when I go into work. read more

My first time here. It was horrible. First I was only second in line and 5min waiting someone finally acknowledge me. I had to repeat my order several times because me and the worker could not communicate correctly. My order was getting mixed up with someone else's sandwich. The worker was referring to my sandwich's as a number. Mind you i don't have the menu memorized it being my time. All I wanted was two turkey and one ham sandwich. Not a number! A 3rd work assisted with my order and apologized for the confusion. The second issue is one of the employees was talking badly about one of the clients that had just left. I could hear everything word the worker was saying. That being said that makes me think he was talking crap about me when I left due to the confusion. 3rd a new employee was working and her friend asked if he could cut in front of me. I asked why. I was not willing to allow his to cut for no reason being I had already been waiting a long time. He just mumbled something and that was it. That entire interaction was strange. 4th with all that being said the chaos gave me the impression was not clean or organized. So I will not return back to this jersey mikes. I'll probably try a different one. read more

Pretty bad service today. Ordered 7pm. Got there 7:35pm. Waited til 7:48pm. Not only did they miss the order. They prioritized everyone in the line first. Heard the guy ask someone else and saw that the girl missed the order. Pretty horrible. What's horrible is that they knew and I heard and watched and didn't do anything about it. I waited for everyone in line first to get their order. This is why I'm giving a 1 star and filing a complaint. I hardly give bad ratings and file a complaint but when I do. They deserve it. read more

I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. I reason is I placed an order through the app and the app said it was processed. They charged my card jersey Mike's location said they didn't have it and weren't willing to do anything to help me or figure out the problem so Jersey Mike's at least this location like it take customers money and not give them product read more

Is it just me or did their meat ratio decrease significantly?! I feel like I just paid $20 for mostly bread, a bit of veggies and barely any meats. Come on Jersey Mike's, really?! read more

It's 7:45 pm on a Sunday evening and they are all out of bread. Now it's obvious that nobody was paying attention to making more bread long before they ran out Can you imagine if IN-N-OUT ran out of bread or meat for that matter. IN-N-OUT NEVER runs out of anything. This is Very Poor Management and who suffers? The customer. This is like the newspaper running out of INK, it doesn't happen but here at Jersey Mike's we don't get paid enough to plan ahead. Waste of time and fuel 1 star because the building was standing. Sad Customer Experience read more

Order online and they are always ready by the time I get there. Best sandwich hands down, even my teenagers like them.

I walked in and asked for a #55 giant. But instead of bread I wanted it in a tub. The employees said sorry they don't do a giant in a tub but if I did want it it would be an extra charge for meet. Making the sandwich or tub 28 something before tax. So let me break it down a normal giant in beard is ( 2 chucking patties ) for $19 something A regular is ( 1 chicken patties ) for $9 something A giant tub is ( 2 chicken patties ) no bread for $28 something. So please tell me how this makes any sense. But the employees wanted to argue with me about how it makes complete understanding. So I am paying double for nothing. I also told them I been getting it like that since they first opened and the so called manager said well who ever was doing it is wrong. Well you will never get my business again. And I will make sure to tell my company never to use you all again. read more

Great sandwiches & friendly staff, I have been coming here for years and stop by at least once a week. I like that they already know what I'm going to order when I come in. I suggest the #7 Mikes Way! read more

I hope you like shards of metal in your sandwich! Not kidding. This Jersey Mike's location has never given me trouble in the past. The customer service is okay, the cleanliness is fine, and they promptly prepare your order. However, yesterday I picked up a to-go order with a hot cheesesteak sandwich. About halfway through, I bit down on something too hard to just be meat cartilage. When I took it out of my mouth, I saw that it was a shard of metal/aluminum. My wife and I immediately stopped eating and I called the store. The gentleman who picked up the phone initially offered me another sandwich. I guess this is what they're trained to say, management? But I didn't want to risk choking and/or medical complications again by swallowing sharp metal. So I said no thanks. I asked for a refund, and after a few minutes on hold, I was told that no refund could be offered over the phone since I paid for one of my sandwiches using Shore Points. So, the worker took my name down and offered me the chance to come in the next day to receive a full refund. So, today I walk in and ask if I may receive a refund. Lo and behold, the worker tells me the store cannot issue me a refund of my Shore Points, so he offers me another sandwich. I told him I did not want another sandwich, I only wanted my money and points back. He kindly refunded my cash but told me that points could not be refunded in-store and that I needed to call customer service. I was not provided with a customer service number, however, and Jersey Mike's does not list it on their website. Instead, they have a "Comment Form." So, I am waiting for a reply from corporate. I guess it's good I didn't swallow this shard of metal, or we would have probably had a lawsuit on our hands. Please be warned. And parents, do not come here to buy your children sandwiches as they may swallow something dangerous like this. The timid reaction of the store was not acceptable. Amidst my call and visit, I only received one apology. In reality, though, I don't need an apology, but I do need this business to do better in not putting customers at risk. read more

Avoid this location. You order online and it's never ready on time. If you have to order here just go inside. One sandwich at a time on the grill is ridiculous. read more

Excellent service from Patrick. He was very helpful, kind, generous and friendly. I give him 5 star review for customer service.

Go here many times and always get number 56 with no onions. They put onions on it, plus the cheese was all stuck on the paper and sandwich was a hot, soggy mess. Wasted $13. Guess I will be crossing off Jersey Mike's from my list of go-tos. read more

I put my order in at the store and asked the associate if it would be OK if I went next store to get something, just like I have done for the past 5 years or more at this location. She said that would be fine. I came back, picked up my sandwich, and when I got home I realized that they made the wrong sandwich for me. I called them and they said they would make me a new, correct one, while I was on my way back. When I got there, not only was the corrected sandwich not ready, the manager, a taller african american gentleman, signaled to me to start at the end of the line. That angered me a bit. He noticed that and smiled and asked me how my day was going. What a dick. The re-made sandwich had too much oil on it, perhaps on purpose. No more great customer service at this location like it used to have before this manager started working there. They used to have 4+ star ratings. I can see why now it is only at 3! Guess I need to go back to the Whittier location. read more

Loved it!! Food was delicious, service was good (employees were nice and fast), place looked ok clean. Overall good!!

Everything from customer service to getting the to go orders right. Small shop and good location just needs better training.

OK went in today held the door open for another customer that came in after me. I proceeded to order a mini number seven on wheat she asks if there's any other sandwiches I say no that's all . Then she proceeds to ask the gentleman behind me he orders six sandwiches three minis two giant and one grilled I say to myself there's no way she can remember all those sandwiches and of course she doesn't she asked me what kind of sandwich you are having again I say # 7 what type of bread I say wheat again she then proceeded to start cutting all the white sandwiches still has not pulled or cut the wheat sandwich. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting and then I say mine is on wheat and she said oh yes I know yours is coming up as she is slicing the cheese for the 6 sandwiches. I slide down to register and asked why am I waiting for the guy behind and his six sandwiches to be made all the while nobody's even started pulling the wheat mini bread?? the cashier says oh that's the way we do it to keep the line moving I respond but there's no line it's me and this guy I still got no answer I asked to speak to the manager that was where the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree same response It's wrong not to serve the guy that came in first and take care of the six sandwich guy after!! let's reverse this if I was a single sandwich guy behind the six sandwich guy do you think they would stop making six sandwiches to take the one sandwich guy behind them?? NOOOOOO it's completely absurd and to speak to three different people about it and get the same Flipping answer is a joke and the topper to this I never did get that wheat sandwich because the cashier thought she would then make my sandwich while I'm talking to the manager only to make it on White. What a joke that's why you pay attention to the first customer you understand what he's ordering and you make it that way. Then you take care of the next order this is not third grade. It's a business that obviously has no clue .. read more

I did want to say the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, very talkative among themselves, joking, laughing, and playing around when trying to take a customers order at the same time. Not a very good way of multitasking. I asked for a turkey bacon, avocado sandwich. They wrapped up my sandwich so quick I couldn't even see what it is. They gave me but by the time I was home, they forgot to add the avocado, but did not forget to charge me for it. This is the third time that it has happened For the same order. I guess it's time for me to find another location that has better attention to detail when making a sandwich.. read more

One star for the unsanitary preparation of our food. Period. My friend grabbed a piece of the sandwich and fortunately she didn't grab the bottom piece of the bread because she was able to see that there were some black shavings on the slice of cheese. It looked like hair shavings and it was absolutely disgusting; was it some sick joke ? We called that same location and asked for a refund and the manager had the audacity to tell us that roast beef has hair on it. We had to tell her that it was just a clump of hair on just one slice of cheese, but who is she to try and justify hair on a sandwich. Anyways, we will not be ordering from this location again. read more

Love their Italian sub, very fresh and delicious! My kid loves turkey or Italian. Veggies taste fresh and meat is good.

Jersey Mike's at crossroads center has a huge parking lot that is well lite. Store looks clean, employees all in uniform, friendly, fast helpful seevice. Watching 7 people look like they are working while doing very little. Not one customer in the store. Ordered online. 8 minutes after my DUE time my order wasn't ready. Saw one other order ready with a time after mine. They asked my name and started making it right then. Another 5 minutes and I received a mess of a sandwich. Will go to a different store next time but trying to give local business a shot. Now I understand their poor rating because their food is decent. read more

Simply ridiculous. Don't expect to EVER get a sandwich from this location in less than 40 minutes! I typically order online, get a time to be there and wait an additional 30 minutes for my sandwich. When I ask all they say is they have all these other orders. I get it, they're busy but 40 minutes for an overpriced sandwich is NOT worth it. I come here only cause it's close to home but I'm always Irritated leaving here, so no more for me! read more

Really like Jersey Mike's sandwiches but I wish the OWNER would try it. I'm sure he'd be interested to learn how INCONSISTENT their Store is. We were eating there 4 times a week but had to order under different names cause order oil and vinegar on side. Sandwiches would come with so much O&V on it the paper wrap would be bleeding through. Order hold lettuce it would come Mike's way? WTF? Owner get a grip or your just another SUBWAY! read more

Clean friendly. But if you go in know there going to do all the phone to go orders before the 10 people that are at the restaurant

I ordered the veggie, this is how they cut the bell pepper. Honestly pretty ridiculous, the slices were massive and they left the seeds / center part in ?? I took them out but still the bread was very soggy and the cheese was super thick on the left and thin on the right. Just not very good. ): I feel like it's also important to note the sandwich making space was pretty dirty and they made my sandwich without wiping off the board from previous sandwiches. There were also no napkins in the napkin dispensers. The staff was kind but the overall experience was not great. I don't think I'll return to this location. read more

Always get my mobile order wrong and they take forever waited for 20 min for my drive up order so ridiculous . They need better service

Never been disappointed before at the La Mirada store. Tonight was THE DISAPPOINTMENT NIGHT, so called Manager Joe, tried to brush off the oregano off my sandwich , because he wasn't paying attention . Told him earlier not to put it on, than he decided tried to brush it off , even when I mentioned to do another sandwich cause of allergic to oregano. He than became rude when preparing another one and I asked Joe to change his gloves. I have never seen the store station of service, so dirty . Joe threw his gloves on the floor when I asked him to get a new one. I respect people of good service and they should respect the customers, as well. read more

$2.50 to add cheese ? Ridiculous! Visited another location last month and wasn't charged for cheese. Subway doesn't charge for cheese.

I just love eating sandwiches at a place like Jersey Mike's which is a lot better than Subway. This location has just opened up two Wednesdays ago. I was glad I finally got a chance to try their food. The ingredients there are pretty fresh and ready to eat. Ever since trying Jersey Mike's, I will never go back to other sandwich shops. When I took a bite of their sandwich for a first time, I was hooked. It's so tasty. But it can be pretty expensive, but it's worth it. When you use the Jersey Mike's rewards card, you can get points and if you do get enough points, you get a free sandwich. I highly recommend getting the rewards card. The employees there was fairly new. But they're doing a great job so far and they will always remember you. read more

I cant remember when was the last time I've been to a Jersey Mikes but I was not disappointed. I got the tuna sandwich, Mike's way and it was really good.
