We came up with a custom smoothie that addressed my autoimmunity and was absolutely delicious! One note - someone here mentioned their smoothie was chalky. If you are accustomed to smoothies made with whey protein you will find plant-based protein is more gritty. It has nothing to do with the preparation; it's just how plant-based protein powder is.
