10/10 all the way. The food was SO GOOD! We had this on our list to go to while visiting Clearwater and stopped by for lunch after spending the morning at the aquarium. We got a burger with fries and the chicken club with onion rings. Everything was delicious. The onion rings were the best I've ever had. All the seating is outside but they have several tables with umbrellas and a couple fans. We were comfortable while eating and didn't feel hot or uncomfortable. The service is top notch and everyone was so friendly and even checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was good. You have to try this place! Don't second guess it. As the name suggests this is largely a burger bar. The standard burger was large and juicy. However, I ordered fish and chips, and the breaded white fish was sizable but lackluster. The fish wasn't awful-- and the fries were crispy and tasty. , I shouldn't have expected more from a burger place. Best Burger Beach side!! Made to order, friendly staff! Parking, as with any beach area, is scarce. If you're lucky, you can get an hour parking right across the street or park right in front of the actual burger stand. Plenty of outside seating once you order. 2 out of 5 I stopped by the Beach Burger Shack on Papaya Street and ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger Combo--one of my longtime favorites anywhere. Unfortunately, this version missed the mark. The burger was overcooked and dry, and even the mushrooms lacked moisture and flavor. It simply wasn't the Mushroom Swiss Burger I expected. The fries didn't fare much better. They were overcooked, limp, and only lukewarm. About half were a reasonable medium length, but the rest were just nubbins and tidbits, as shown in the photo. Not exactly the satisfying side you hope for with a combo. The bright spot--and the reason this review isn't a 1--was the Nutella milkshake. It was unique, genuinely tasty, and the one part of the meal that felt thoughtfully made. That shake alone lifted this visit to a 2. We stumbled upon this place as we set out to find food. Service was very good. And the food was even better. The environment offers outdoor seating with Adirondack chairs and umbrellas. If you're from up north you know the food establishment, Five Guys. The fries are reminiscent of theirs and just as plentiful. For us both the bill was just about $35. Food here is huge and soda cups are even bigger. Service leaves a lot to be desired but it's not terrible , I tried the fish n chips and asked for extra crispy , was pretty good and fresh. Fries were ok and not crispy or not very flavorful. I think it's a decent amount of food for under $20 and was surprised by the meaty fish, would recommend this place but I hope they can improve the fish seasoning and improve their fries one day read more

My son and I had lunch here based on a recommendation from a colleague. The place has a great vibe and all the seating is outside. Lot's of mister fans to keep you cool. Parking is a challenge but that's how it is on the beach. The menu is limited but limited choices mean food comes quick! Which it did... The employees were very friendly and helpful. Okay, so we popped in here for a quick bite during my birthday weekend and were greeted at the window by Danielle with the biggest, friendliest smile. Total sweetheart. Our order got swapped at first (hey, it happens) but she fixed it so fast and was super apologetic ; honestly, she made it no big deal at all. Now the food... OMG. The mushroom burger? Juicy, flavorful, everything you want. The fish & chips? Perfectly crispy without being greasy. And can we talk about the coleslaw?! Super cute newer place very near the beach. My family and I just visited CWB for a week and we stopped here twice. We got the bacon cheeseburger combos along with milkshakes. We walked by this cute little burger joint on the way to our parasailing dock and it did NOT disappoint! First of all those pictures on yelp under the name of the restaurant are not taken here. This an outside only restaurant. The servers are incredibly friendly. Kiersten check on us at least three times. My husband loved his burger. He had a double something with all the toppings. I had a single cheeseburger and I was not impressed. It was not bad but it certainly wasn't a great burger by any stretch of the imagination. The soda was huge and the sides were more than generous. The French fries were freshly made and I was hoping the onion rings were too but they were cooked from frozen and very bland. So our meal was mixed. If you have a big enough appetite to get a double, the burger is favorable, if you just get a single, it's a meh. read more
