The service felt very rushed, and the quality of the work didn't match what I've received in the past. I got a full acrylic set, and the technician was extremely rough and aggressive during the process. The final result looks sloppy and not at all like what I asked for. For our pedicures, no callus work was done, which was actually the main reason we came in. I'm really hoping this was just an off day because I've had better service here before, but unfortunately this visit did not meet expectations.

The facility itself did not feel like an upscale spa. The waiting area was very small, restrooms were limited, and there was a tiny space for everyone to change and get dressed. There was nowhere to comfortably sit and do your hair or makeup afterward. For the prices being charged, we expected much more in terms of amenities, space, and comfort. We were also both very disappointed with our massages. I have had massages at resorts, local spas, boutique spas, and chiropractic offices, and this was honestly one of the lower quality massages I have received. I could not relax, the technique was disappointing, and there was a fan blowing on me along with distracting clicking and other noises throughout the massage. My girlfriend's experience was no better. She was noticeably flinching from the amount of pressure and pain during what was supposed to be a Swedish massage. She was still in pain for the rest of the day afterward. For the price, we expected quality massages and a relaxing, pampering spa experience. We received neither. We have had much better massages elsewhere for half the price. Very overpriced and incredibly disappointing. We were really looking forward to a relaxing spa day together and left feeling like it was anything but.

I believe the owner did my nails as in between processes. She checked on other technicians work. I asked not to have my cuticles cut which she honored. Removed my old polish filed my nails and repolished. No massage no lotion 15 minutes and I was done, except there was one nail that had unpolished spot so she put another dot on it. Within two days, I had many chips in the very thick layer of polish. I went to K Nails in Maple Grove and got a polish change, which was much better and has lasted perfectly for a week since I had it done. Nuff said! As of today, 11 days later, my are still unchipped and look great!
