My sister tried to do her research and has been so excited since this is her first pregnancy. To say the least, this place has no customer service, no excitement for their patients and no warmth. When your pregnancy is not going as you may have hoped you at least hope that the people surrounding you will help aide you through this process, but instead Lily of the Valley has shown no empathy towards my sister. Please do yourself a favor and choose a place that actually serves their patients. I am leaving this review in hopes that someone will read this and not have to go through the experience that my sister has gone through.

Did not give me a chance to cut the umbilical cord, or speak at all of the risks of the surgery at the time. Shortly after birth my wife had a serious postpartum hemorrhage and had to go back to the hospital. She was admitted for a few days for hemorrhage and we were told Dr. Ossana would come to check on my wife the next day.. he didn't show up for until two days later, and when he did he did not realize that he was the one who delivered for my wife and asked "who delivered your baby?" He clearly didn't read the chart or care to even check on his patient, if at possible avoid this Dr for the delivery of your child or any of your needs. I left the appointment in more pain and with more anxiety than I walked in with. It was a really upsetting experience. I do want to say that the ultrasound tech was amazing and the front desk staff were wonderful -- they were kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the doctor's behavior overshadowed everything else. Because of that, I would not recommend this office.

Dr LeBras and his staff are super knowledgeable and helped us, as new parents, decode what our baby needed. Each time we have an appointment, we leave relieved and with action items. Dr Johnson did my transfer in 2013 resulting in said toddler. He was very thorough with me and I didn't mind waiting past my appointment time knowing he was taking his time with the patient before me, which shows that he is devoted to his practice as every person is different. You can tell that they space the appointments appropriately and thoughtfully because I was with only one other person for a short time and another couple was coming in as I was leaving. I would much rather have a doctor that was a few minutes late than a doctor that rushes me out the door, especially for such a sensitive and emotionally trying journey. He was very honest with me and I appreciated his insight during our consultation. Should I need to do another egg harvesting for IVF I would not hesitate to return to this clinic.

would not recommend this clinic. The waiting room is not designed with children's sensory needs in…read moremind, which is concerning given the population they serve. Considering the amount this company makes billing insurance and/or ESA accounts, I expected a larger establishment or at least multiple gyms to better accommodate children. Another issue is that occupational therapy and physical therapy sessions take place in the same small room, which can be overwhelming and distracting for kids. I also highly recommend parents go back with their child, because I've overheard therapists say things like, "I know you don't want to go back to mom but our time is almost done." That was disappointing to hear, especially since that particular therapist once had such positive energy and tone. Additionally, I've witnessed therapists on their phones during sessions. One therapist was on her phone so long that my daughter mistook it for screen time. Another was pushing a child on a swing while scrolling on her phone. To be fair, I have seen some very positive and dedicated therapists here, but unfortunately they are mixed in with others who seem far too comfortable and disengaged. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but as a parent I feel exhausted and disheartened with the quality of care in DDD services. Vulnerable children and families deserve better.
