I first went in for their free pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant here; i was a bit further along and they did an ultrasound on me. I remember breaking down and crying because I felt so defeated and alone. I knew the father was going to ask me to abort it. The nurse asked me why I was crying and when I told her that I don't have anyone, she said "you have us". And unlike other clinics who would've shoved religion down my throat, they sat with me and went through my options with me. They were extremely empathetic and gave me all kinds of resources. I went home and talked to my family & peers; even though many were against it, I felt confident in myself because of the amazing staff. Even now, my baby is almost a year old and I still bring them by so everyone can see them. Because of them, Im doing very well and I don't regret anything. I don't know what the other review meant by its ghetto and smells bad. I've visited this clinic once a month (once I came by 3x in 2 weeks) and it's always so clean and smells fine! I refer many people here and one day I hope to give back to them for everything they have done for me.

My second visit was when things didn't go to well I was scheduled for a ultrasound and to see how far I was and the doctor was so rude and getting very frustrated with me whenever I made a mistake I was so embarrassed every time I did something wrong cause she'd laugh at me and sigh and she said "I feel like your my child" when she picked up my clothes, like that was so rude and kept calling me "kiddo" after every sentence ... like I know I'm a young mom but you don't know anything about me so don't talk to me like a child. it was so ridiculous I don't remember her name but she was a brown doctor probably 5'6 height. GREAT AMAZING STAFF EXCEPT THE RUDE DOCTOR

They even booked me for a free ultrasound at 8 weeks because I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks so I had some time to digest what was going on. They allowed my husband and my mom to be in the ultrasound room and the tech was super helpful and even helped to send off a prescription for my nausea so it was one less doctors appt for me. I'm taking the parenting classes here in person since it's close to home and my husband takes his online so we can earn points to shop for various baby items. I'm happy to say that I've been able to collect diapers, a bassinet, a cart cover, a crib, and a rocking chair all at no cost to me, just redeemed with my class points.
