I was an extremely busy and stressed out first year law student during the planning process, and Jacky was wonderful at taking care of things that I just didn't have time to be involved with. She suggested outstanding vendors and helped make the entire process be as smooth and efficient as possible. The day itself was flawless, and I could rest easy and enjoy myself knowing Jacky had everything under control. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Jacky!!!

I certainly thought I could plan my own wedding and have it all come together. What I didn't realize is that I WAS THE BRIDE, I could not keep and eye on anything, be involved in set up, scheduling, late vendors etc. This I did not come to terms with until 2 weeks till my big day, yikes!!! Step in Jacky! Jacky & Event Success came on board late in the game but you would have never known that. Once I hired her she was on top of everything, every little thing that for some reason I had not even thought about! Our wedding was an " all hands on deck" event. My vendors were people I have worked with in the past, my catering was my friend who is a Chef, etc. Jacky immediately contacted all involved and set up a game plan. I was so relieved! I had just not been able to wrap my head around the big picture, timing, set up all the things that a bride doesn't want to worry about. As soon as I hired Jacky I started to relax a little and enjoy this wonderful time. My mom was super excited too, I believe she is now Jacky's #1 fan. Jacky is super personable and very professional. She took charge at our rehearsal and it was maybe the shortest and most efficiant rehearsal ever. The day of the wedding she showed up early @ our getting ready site to make sure things/people were doing well. When we got to the ceremony/reception site she was already there, plugging away, working her magic. When we were done w/ formal photos and before the ceremony started my mom & dad noticed how dirty my train on my dress got, it was BAD!!! My parents were very nervous about this, we thought last resort we would just bustle my dress ahead of time but nope, HERE COMES JACKY TO SAVE THE DAY!!! Within 5 minutes my dressed looked like new, all nerves were calmed, all was well! It was the little things like that that make Event Success & Jacky amazing! She is worth every penny. I thouroughly got to enjoy my day and oh was it amazing. I felt so relieved just knowing that if anything were to happen, I wouldn't even have to know, JACKY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT! And that is what her company is all about. I love her, my family loved her, the wedding party loved her and how could you not! BEST WEDDING DECISION EVER MADE!

I used Lady Bug Services for my Setup and Cleaning Service. They were "Fabulous" Tamara and her Team were quick, Professional, Courteous and well organized like a Well Oiled "Machine" putting everything together like I"d pictured it!!!! Amazing. ...From start to finish and when everything was over and time to clean up. It was done with the same since of urgency as with the Setup and floors damp moped and vacuumed. She even helped me with organizing and putting away my things. Thank God for "Lady Bug"!!!! I have given them Five Stars and they truly deserve it!!!!!

Communication with the owner of the company was terrible before the event, she didn't show up for meetings with zero communication that something was going on, and when I did have a question about anything it took her a week or more to respond back to emails. Before the wedding we agreed on having a change over occur from the ceremony set up a to the reception set up during cocktail hour, which started at 5:30. She said it would only take about 20 minutes and when it went a little longer she tried to take her crew and leave before the reception setup was complete at 6pm. Which would leave my bridal party to do the job instead of the person I was paying to complete it. Another thing was the servers she brought in for the night. We paid for 2 servers at $30 an hour to prep the food, bus tables, scrape the dishes, and do a complete clean up at the end of the night. The servers were terrible. My bridal party set up all of the food, they didn't even unwrap the catering dishes (we just used a restaurant for food) when my husband and I went to get our food first in front of everyone, and beverages were constantly out when they should have been there to refill things. My guests kept asking us who was in charge of it because it happened multiple times. As far as I know the end of the night was fine (which is the only reason why I would give them 2 stars) but this company was so unprofessional and the last thing I should have been worrying about on my wedding day.

Carlos was our wedding DJ, everyone had a great time, he played al the right songs and he made sure to keep the dance floor packed all night. Both Sol and Carlos and were extremely professional and efficient. As many of you know planning a wedding can be so stressful but every time I talked with Carlos and Sol about their services they made me feel more at peace and more excited for our big day. A big plus for us was that Carlos is a DJ and he is also your MC for the night he was able to engage with our entire party since he is bilingual and that made it so much special. Carlos did an outstanding work being the master of ceremonies at our wedding. Some of my family and relatives only spoke Spanish so he was able to do the announcements in both English and Spanish. He also edited and mixed a couple of songs for our first dance, we needed to have that mix to be able to practice and he did an awesome job. Sol did an excellent job providing the perfect setting, just like we wanted it. They were very responsive and available to meet with us throughout the planning process. We definitely recommend Energia Events to anyone who needs a very professional and detail oriented service to have the perfect wedding!
