I would absolutely recommend DJ Henski for a wedding or any event you're looking to hire for.

D-Look and Marc were such an outstanding pleasure to work with and helped us do our homework ahead of time so the music vibe was precisely what we wanted and we were so so glad. Integral DJs are the best option around and brought all their own high quality equipment and awesome lights that added so much to our wedding. We wanted a real party and they delivered. The song choices on the dance floor were particularly perfect, and helped to create such a warm, fun-loving and inter-generational atmosphere. We are grateful for his and his team's work in creating that special environment. All our friends and family continue to tell us how great of a DJ and dance floor we had at our wedding! (Sorry Adam!) Adam met my husband and I at a pub for our initial consult to see if we might be a good fit. I can tend to be all business, but we wound up chatting with Adam and drinking some delicious IPAs for nearly 3 hours, and as my husband and I walked out the door he said, "I know you're going to hire him, why don't you just do that now?!" Adam met with us again a week or two before the wedding to go over the day of details, make recommendations, and continue to get a better feel for who we were as a couple. On the day of, Adam was fantastic and had worked with many of our vendors before (and even ended up knowing two of our guests!) so it made for a very smooth event. The music was fantastic - one of our guests even said the best music they'd heard at a wedding! (Save for my one indulgence of Dance Magic Dance by David Bowie!) Thank you so much for being a wonderful part of our experience and sorry for the 2 year delay :) You can't go wrong hiring Adam!

Adam is more than a DJ, I think he is now our friend!…read more We found Adam's name on a referral list in the brochure of the venue where we got married (Lake Quinault Lodge on the Olympic Peninsula). We are so glad we did! From the start, Adam was on top of things, providing us a multitude of options and just generally feeling out what it was we were looking for. We had ideas, and he helped shaped them, giving advice, and even providing us ceremonial services on top of the reception. We had a couple hours-long planning session about a month out, and he not only went through our playlist and wedding party names for pronunciation, but he also asked us great questions, like what music do our parents like, who are some of our favorite bands not on the playlist, etc., which he helped craft into an unforgettable experience by mixing in songs throughout the day's events, making some truly great remixes and stylistic flourishes that kept people on the dance floor all night long, and so much more. He even worked with us on cutting out the audio in Don't Stop Believin' like they did in the finale of the Sopranos! It was just a pleasure to have a guy like Adam for our event, who takes his work very seriously but does it in such a fun and easy manner. Neither my wife or I will be getting married again LOL, and we live on the opposite sides of the country as Adam, but something tells me we'll cross paths again, somehow and someway, because everything was perfect, and Adam was a big part of making that so. We'll find a way to rock out again. (Edit: after reading this over to my wife Charley before posting, she said well we might do a vow renewal, and if that's the case, Adam will do that.) Cheers dude, you killed it! John & Charley

In our planning stages, Ted was thorough, asked several great questions, accommodated a few requests we had without question, and was reassuring that we were approaching our day the right way, but he also wasn't afraid to offer suggestions that broke with what we initially envisioned, and his suggestions were indeed the correct ones, but he kept his suggestions within our vision, which requires a level of detail orientation that we were quite impressed with. We truly believe he cared about our big night going well, almost as much as we did. At the event, Ted was punctual and ready to roll when people started showing up, checked in with not just me and my wife, but several of our family members and friends, and made sure everyone was having a good time. Ted's charismatic, agreeable, funny, and really cares about his craft. I don't think I have a single complaint. I know for a fact that Ted has a stellar supporting cast behind him too, whom I don't want to go without mention. Though I mostly worked directly with him, my interactions with his crew were nothing but good, and I know an event like this, one that wound up with around 150 people in a venue with several moving pieces, takes careful planning. Excellent work all around, Sweet Sounds gang. We're so lucky we picked you!

Hugh touched base the week of the wedding and we went over all the details in the form. I made most of my own playlists and had specific artists I wanted to hear, and Hugh delivered on all of it. The ceremony music played without a hitch, the cocktail hour/dinner music was exactly me and my husband's taste, and he played songs from my playlist for dancing without straying from what I chose. Everyone at our wedding was dancing and having a great time. On top of all of it, Hugh was great at communicating with the other vendors to make sure everything went according to plan. Can't recommend them enough!

We absolutely LOVED our experience with Waylon and Bamboo Beats!…read more First and foremost- Waylon was an amazing DJ, our friends and family were commenting on his talent throughout the night. He was responsive to requests, read the room really well, and kept a variety of nonstop hits coming for our 5 hour dance party! He also seemed like he was enjoying himself, which was super fun for us to see throughout the night. He captured some great videos and pictures throughout the evening too, and since we were busy dancing, it was SO fun to be able to look back and re-live these moments later! We also loved our experience with Jojo and Bamboo Beats leading up to the wedding. We had an initial Zoom call, and then after booking there was clear and concise ent communication. We filled out a preliminary form and then they had a great app where we could upload songs, notes, playlists from Spotify, and about a month before the wedding we had another call with Jojo and Waylon (our DJ). We felt very seen and cared for throughout the planning process and then our experience the day of was 12 out of 10. Thank you, Waylon, Jojo and the Bamboo Beats team- we HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding or event. -Maria & Campbell (married 7/8/23 at Cathedral)

I would definitely hire him again for an event, personal or business, and recommend him to anyone. We met with Adrian initially at his home after scouring various DJ's in the Seattle area. He immediately put us at ease. He had all the right questions from being a DJ for many years at clubs and through his business. He gave us a worksheet to let him know exactly what songs we did and didn't want and the order of the ceremony and reception. A $200 deposit held the date. Adrian confirmed with the venue the details for his set-up and electrical needs and was already familiar with it having worked another wedding there previously. He arrived on time and was professional from start to finish. Adrian kept everything running on time and smoothly and there were absolutely no problems, not even little ones, throughout the entire day with him. He checked in with my husband and myself to see how things were going and if we wanted anything changed. I performed at our reception, and Adrian had the mic ready to go and was right on cue with our original music. I did a survey with our family and guests for any comments on Adrian. Everyone said he did an amazing job, was friendly, polite and knew what he was doing. Also, Adrian's pricing is very reasonable! He also has photo booth rentals available.
