Adam is more than a DJ, I think he is now our friend! We found Adam's name on a referral list in the brochure of the venue where we got married (Lake Quinault Lodge on the Olympic Peninsula). We are so glad we did! From the start, Adam was on top of things, providing us a multitude of options and just generally feeling out what it was we were looking for. We had ideas, and he helped shaped them, giving advice, and even providing us ceremonial services on top of the reception. We had a couple hours-long planning session about a month out, and he not only went through our playlist and wedding party names for pronunciation, but he also asked us great questions, like what music do our parents like, who are some of our favorite bands not on the playlist, etc., which he helped craft into an unforgettable experience by mixing in songs throughout the day's events, making some truly great remixes and stylistic flourishes that kept people on the dance floor all night long, and so much more. He even worked with us on cutting out the audio in Don't Stop Believin' like they did in the finale of the Sopranos! It was just a pleasure to have a guy like Adam for our event, who takes his work very seriously but does it in such a fun and easy manner. Neither my wife or I will be getting married again LOL, and we live on the opposite sides of the country as Adam, but something tells me we'll cross paths again, somehow and someway, because everything was perfect, and Adam was a big part of making that so. We'll find a way to rock out again. (Edit: after reading this over to my wife Charley before posting, she said well we might do a vow renewal, and if that's the case, Adam will do that.) Cheers dude, you killed it! John & Charley read more

Adam's DJ Service was amazing. It was certainly way more than just playing all our favorite types of music and songs but rather, a whole packaged service including coordinating with other vendors and timing the itinerary and more. I received multiple comments on how exceptional the music was mixed and what a fun time everyone had. Adam's communication was great for questions and requests and we had met a few times in person for the planning that was involved. He gave us a lot of insight to not just the music but for other aspects as well for our wedding at the Pagoda at Point Defiance which was super helpful. We were very lucky to have Adam. My wife and I would recommend him for any event! Thank you so much, Adam!! read more

Adam was the DJ for my recent prom-themed birthday party and we couldn't have been happier for choosing him over the several other DJ options that were referred to us! He was so communicative, helpful and responsive prior to and throughout the event. He was very professional but also friendly, personable and really great to work with. He even wore attire to match the theme of my event, which was above and beyond! He also is an AMAZING DJ and MC and my guests were dancing the entire night with his incredible mixing skills and song order selection. We had such a fantastic time and I would refer him to anyone looking for a really fun, top notch DJ! I will definitely use him for any future events!!! read more

We had a very small micro wedding, total of 13 people. At first we weren't sure if we needed a DJ since the wedding was so small, however, having Adam there was the absolute best decision we could have made. He did such an incredible job, the music flowed so easily, perfect ambiance for the dinner and then he played music that got everyone dancing on the dance floor, including my 101 year old grandmother. He was so incredibly great to work with and his work made the wedding even more special. We cannot thank Adam enough for his work, he went above and beyond. He also sent us the recordings of the speeches and first dances, which was such an incredible and touching surprise. read more

We hired Adam for my daughter and son in laws recent wedding. From the beginning to the end, Adam was responsive, full of good energy but most importantly, really wanted to know what the Bride and Groom wanted from a DJ. He went above and beyond our expectation. We would highly recommend him for your event. read more

Adam from Adam's DJ Service, was the DJ at my wedding, & I can chalk up his services to one word, PHENOMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had no idea where to start to find a DJ, and my friend who had recently gotten married just raved about Adam and his spectacular service. I went online and made an appointment with Adam to talk with me and my new husband about how we wanted our wedding to flow. After 20 minutes of talking with Adam, we were sold! Adam kept in constant communication with us, spent hours with us, choosing lighting, choosing the flow of the wedding, choosing music. Adam also went above and beyond, driving from Milton to Bellevue in rush hour traffic to meet at our hotel where the reception was going to be held to look at the size of the room, meet with the hotel staff he would be working with the day of..etc. Needleless to say our wedding was spectacular & flowed beautifully! I keep hearing to this day about how awesome everyone thought the DJ was....100% could not agree more! Adam is worth every penny & will make your wedding, or whatever event you are doing incredible! read more

My husband and I are now approaching our 2-Year wedding anniversary, and I was thinking fondly on our day and realized we hadn't recognized some of the people who made our day so amazing. (Sorry Adam!) Adam met my husband and I at a pub for our initial consult to see if we might be a good fit. I can tend to be all business, but we wound up chatting with Adam and drinking some delicious IPAs for nearly 3 hours, and as my husband and I walked out the door he said, "I know you're going to hire him, why don't you just do that now?!" Adam met with us again a week or two before the wedding to go over the day of details, make recommendations, and continue to get a better feel for who we were as a couple. On the day of, Adam was fantastic and had worked with many of our vendors before (and even ended up knowing two of our guests!) so it made for a very smooth event. The music was fantastic - one of our guests even said the best music they'd heard at a wedding! (Save for my one indulgence of Dance Magic Dance by David Bowie!) Thank you so much for being a wonderful part of our experience and sorry for the 2 year delay :) You can't go wrong hiring Adam! read more

I cannot say enough about Adam and his crew at Adam's DJ. He is extremely personable and professional, he cares a great deal for his clients and is truly enthusiastic about his work and his company. I have had the pleasure of working with Adam at several events over the years, and I always know that when he and his team arrives, we are in very good hands. read more

I have worked with Adam on multiple occasions over the last three years, he has pretty much become our unofficial company DJ for events such as our corporate holiday party, picnics and even our 50th corporate anniversary party. Adam is always very professional and easy to work with. There has been multiple occasions where we needed something for an event and he has referred other vendors who were equally as fantastic. It helped having vendors who have worked together on past events because the communication and rapport made things flow very smoothly. Adam is very knowledgeable when it comes to the music industry and is a very talented entertainer. He always has our employees laughing and dancing, he is also great at making announcements and getting the crowds attention. I would recommend Adam's DJ services to anyone for any type of event. He is very flexible and responsive the needs to each type of event. read more

My original post to your business was not to put your business down, but offer you honest feedback. I said, you did not work out for our wedding and the only recommendations were you needed more flexibility and have the ability to play songs guests request on the dance floor. Your response, however, probably has done more damage to you than my original post. It really highlights the lack of control you have over your temper and yourself. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we actually wanted to fire you, but due to our contract we proceeded. I think you fail to understand that no matter how "perfect" you think you and your business are... You will never get it right 100% of the time and you will never be the perfect fit 100% of the time. The key is to be "professional" and courteous and find ways to be "better". I would "stoop" to your level, but it's a bit too low for me. Instead, I will offer you some additional feedback to improve your business. 1. Have a system where guests can pick their favorite songs on the spot. Several people informed me that they have been to weddings and the DJ has this ability. No matter how much you plan, you'll never get ALL the songs that your guests would like. So, get yourself a wifi... hop onto Youtube, it's 2016, you should easily be able to do this. 2. You are not a wedding coordinator OR at least I didn't hire you to be one. Your job is to play the music, control the games, and put up some lighting. Games and lighting you get 5/5. We paid you for these basic services. By the way... I think you are overpriced. Your services aren't worth more than $600-$800 tops. 3. Pay attention... to the program... that was given to you... and Do not forget to announce the matron of honor and best man (they are kinda important people in a wedding). 4. Watch your temper... this might be harder for you. I actually have you on video throwing your mic and having a tantrum, because things aren't going YOUR way. It's not your wedding and anyone who spends 5 minutes with you can tell you think you're some type of wedding expert. Again, you're not a wedding coordinator. Play the music and do what you are paid for. 5. Learn how to respond to YELP reviews. You just might make things worst for yourself. P.S. In honor of my sister, she is a devoted Christian and does not drink alcohol... She has read your review... She said May God Bless you and your business. Take Care! read more

Adam is AMAZING. I researched pretty much every DJ in Seattle when we began planning for our wedding and he stood out early on. He was the first one to return my call, and really seemed to want to work with me to understand what I wanted, try to fit my budget, etc. He was super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. We hired him after a skype interview since we were out of town planners and he stayed in touch for the whole planning process, and later met with us for a multiple hour meeting in Seattle (came over to the house!) a few months before the wedding where we went over our timeline thoroughly. He was able to suggest the perfect songs to fill in any gaps where we couldn't pick a song, he put together an amazing slideshow for us that he took the trouble to even re-do when we decided to change pictures around, and then he shocked us on the day-of with some amazing uplighting for the reception that we absolutely LOVED. I had multiple picky requests for different announcements, timing of ceremony music, etc. etc. and they were all executed perfectly. He checked in with me every time we had to decide if we wanted to go off schedule during the evening. Everyone who attended the wedding said it was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding and we know Adam was a huge part of that. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a big party - a total blast. We are SO grateful for him and his help - it truly felt like he was a part of our team and wanted everything to go well as much as we did and that made all the difference. He knows a bunch of other vendors in the industry in Seattle and is well-liked, too; our coordinator had worked with him before and loved him so that was an added perk. We really did feel like we had a team on our side for the wedding. Love love love Adam...look no further guys, I've done SO much research picking out vendors. Adam is the way to go! Thank you!!! read more

Really great wedding DJ! Just had him at my best friends outdoor wedding this part weekend. The wedding went a bit longer than expected, and Adam happily continued to play to the full dance floor. He did a great job of reading the tone of the event and providing the appropriate musical ambiance for the moment. I would recommend this DJ to anyone hosting a Wedding or Event! read more

I am so happy that we found DJ Adam! He did so much more than just DJ our wedding. From the time we contacted him, Adam was always quick to respond and made it clear he really cared about our wedding day. Before even sending us the contract he asked to speak with my fiancé and I so he could get to know us. Two weeks before our wedding he came all the way to our apartment and spent two hours with us going over every detail of the day. He made a point to really get to know us and had great suggestions for not just music but the order of events for the day and gave us marriage advice! On the day of everything went perfectly and he was super flexible with all of our asks. Adam really listened to what we wanted and we had people dancing the entire night, which was really important to me! I would 100% hire Adam again and recommend him to anyone hosting a fun event!! read more

See all

When I first started looking at DJs for our Seattle wedding, I trawled Yelp and WeddingWire and a number of other sites, and came up with six or eight strong possibilites. But after reading reviews and recommendations I narrowed it down to three. We live in the Los Angeles area, so it was going to be challenging to meet up with DJs to see who we meshed with best. But my immediate gut feeling from the info I'd read was to go with Adam's DJ Service, so I dropped them a line first. I didn't hear back right away, and I figured this was probably because - hey, we were putting together a wedding in about six weeks, they were probably all booked up. I started exploring a few other DJs, but wasn't really feeling it. So a few days later I lobbed Adam's an email a second way just to see if my first reach-out had landed in a spam bucket or something. Adam replied back nearly immediately, and I let out the breath I had been unknowingly holding in. Adam connected me up with DJ Joel for a chat, and when we talked on the phone the next day I knew within a few minutes that we were in great hands. One of the things that I really appreciated about Adam's DJ Service that I didn't expect is that they shot me over a list of all the songs I'd need to choose for the wedding (for example, walk-in music, grand entrance music, first dance, etc) and also sent over a list of the most popular songs that had been chosen for each of these at previous weddings the past few years. These lists helped me get organized, and were an incredibly handy reference to choose from - random Google searches were only getting me so far. On the day of the event, Joel played the songs we wanted, had songs at the ready that I didn't expect him to have, and worked hard to get people out on the dance floor. But I have to admit, what I appreciated even more than how good he was as a DJ turned out to be how good he was at making sure our wedding was working - Joel knew where the typical gaps and lulls were and filled them, he made announcements at the right time to keep things moving along, worked with the venue staff to make sure things ran smoothly, and generally went above and beyond in all sorts of little ways that I didn't expect and always appreciated. I'm glad I went with my gut and worked with Joel and Adam's DJ Service. They helped make sure our wedding day was great! read more

DJ Adam was phenomenal! He did everything we asked for at our wedding. I had to plan from out of town so it was a bit more difficult but I am so glad we decided to have Adam a part of our big day. He met with us when we came into town and treated us to drinks. He was also available to talk over a phone call. We wanted our DJ to be entertaining, play games and play good music. It was so difficult to find a DJ for this match but Adam really owned up to it!!! Thank you so much for making our day special, Adam!!! read more

I've been working weddings for nearly seven years now and, hands down, the owner of Adam's DJ Service is the single nicest DJ I have EVER met in the industry. Not only was he attentive to his client's every need, but took care of the other vendors at the wedding. Simply, WOW! He is an inspiration as a service professional and one day I only hope I'll learn to be as thoroughly thoughtful as he is! read more

I cannot recommend Adam's DJ Service. It is unfortunate as I had high hopes after reading reviews on Yelp. We met with Adam and sent in our deposit over 6 months before the wedding. Our deposit got cashed out which based on the contract should be the confirmation for booking. We booked to have Adam be our DJ and also wrote his name on the contract when we sent it in. Within a few days of the deposit being cashed, I got a call from Adam apologizing that another check came in to deposit for his service to be their DJ on the same day as our wedding. What I'm confused here is why our deposit check got cashed in the first place if we weren't going to get him as our DJ and someone should be doublechecking on booking versus check cashed. Adam was apologetic and asked if we would like to select from his other DJs. We figured to give it another shot. We chose DJ Kryspin. We thus had to meet up with DJ Kryspin which added more to our wedding planning plate--this was roughly 6-7months prior to wedding and we confirmed with Adam we would like to go with DJ Kryspin. However, LESS THAN 3 MONTHS BEFORE OUR WEDDING, DJ KRYSPIN HAD TO ASKED IF WE CAN GO WITH DJ SEAN--OUR 2ND DJ WITH ADAM'S DJ SERVICE WHO ASKED US TO GO WITH ANOTHER DJ ON THEIR TEAM. We were asked if we would be comfortable with DJ Sean as DJ Kryspin was invited to perform at the Gorge the same day as our wedding. DJ Kryspin was apologetic about it, but it is really hard to have a once in a lifetime event like your wedding--being pushed around! Also, less than 3 months to find another qualified DJ and uplighting!! It seems like were were being tossed around and was uncomfortable as who knows who will show up the day of our wedding and how that would turn out. Fortunately, Adam was okay with returning to us our deposit. However, I cannot recommend this company as customer service and reliability was not what we experienced. read more

Adam was fantastic! Before the wedding day, Adam took the time to sit down with me and my hubby and really get to know us and our music taste. It was a good 2 hour meeting where we went over in great detail how we wanted the evening to flow. When it came to the actual day of the wedding, he kept the flow of the evening going very nicely. I really appreciated the communication that he kept with me (the bride) consistently throughout the wedding. Everyone complimented on how different our wedding was than any others they had been to when it came to the dancing and events. He played great music, alot of which we hand picked ourselves, but he kept the flow going all night! I highly reccommend Adam's DJ Service!! I couldn't be any happier or thankful for picking the right DJ! Afterall, a DJ sets the tone for your evening, he is responsible for the soundtrack of your event, remember that when you pick your DJ! He is very professional and reliable. He made the night fun and memorable! read more

Adam's DJ Service lives up to the Yelp reviews! My (now) husband and I were originally thinking about not getting a DJ but we decided a month before the wedding that it was something we didn't want to worry about. Our basic requirements were: 1) Under $1000, 2) Reliable DJ that will not run our event longer than our scheduled time, 3) Plays good music. We read Yelp reviews and felt that Adam's DJ Service would live to our standards. We scheduled our first meeting with Adam, but he was already booked for the date. However, he was able to schedule us to meet with DJ Joel, who works with Adam. When we met, Joel brought a large packet of information that included the contract details (which is very important, brides!!), a variety of popular song selections, and a wedding timeline for you to fill out. The packet was incredibly helpful especially since music may be the last thing you want to worry about at your wedding. A week before the wedding, Joel went over all the details and even gave us suggestions on areas we didn't think about. Joel was very flexible with our requests on the day of the wedding and kept things on schedule. My maid-of-honor even had a request for a song selection in her toast (we didn't know until the day-of) and Joel was able to play the song on the spot! Our guests had a really really great time mainly because Joel played fun music to dance to. read more

My husband and I got married on July 24th and Adam's DJ Service DJ'ed our event. It was a big hit!! Working with them was so easy and relaxing yet they had all the right questions to make sure that our event was not only successful but it was exactly what we wanted. From the ceremony to dinner and onto the reception it was flawless. The tears were flowing for the toasts and the butts were shaking into the night at the reception. All I can say is thank you to Adam for making my night so much fun! If you are looking for a DJ for any type of event give Adam's DJ Service a call, totally worth your white! read more

5 Stars...again and again. Adam is the best DJ in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Look no further. Adam was the DJ at my wedding and did an amazing job. He played all of the songs we requested and sprinkled in some classics to keep the dance floor full. Not only was his music selection and equipment top notch but he sat down with my wife and I to make sure we were on the same page with everything. Adam is very passionate about what he does for a living and it shows. He is very professional and his prices are reasonable. He's been doing this for a long time so you can trust him when it comes to music selection and agenda. I was inspired to write this review because I just left a friends wedding who used Adams DJ Service. Another great set for another great wedding! read more

Gig Harbor High School class reunion committee hired Adams DJ Service. We weren't sure if we wanted dancing - but we thought let's give it a try. A few people on our committee had seen Adam's DJ Service before and thought that they would be perfect for our event. There was the perfect background music playing as everyone arrived. It allowed people to talk and enjoy, knowing there was music, but not being overwhelmed by it. Adam made annoucements and helped us to completely keep the party going! He got everyone on the dance floor - and wanting to stay on the dance floor. One of those kind of nights when you are getting so tired - but then another great song is played and so you have to keep dancing! That is Adams DJ Service. He also provided some amazing lighting for our party. The room at the Inn at Gig Harbor was spectacular! Thank you Adam! read more

We connected with Adam while he was still working at a local business. We had a meeting with him at home and right away we knew Adam was the right person for our wedding. He had excellent ideas, recommendations and great input from his vast experience with organizing weddings. Adam suggested our guests select their favorite song to dance to and that worked out great! Everybody loved it. The second meeting with Adam, we finalized the music list, wedding sequence and times. His love of music, vast knowledge and ideas shined through. Adam finalized the details of our day and program. On the day of the wedding, Adam was fantastic! He took charge of the music and announcements of the things that needed to happen, such as pictures, food, dance time etc. All our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Thank you Adam for making our wedding our special day magical and memorable. We will always recommend your services to anyone desiring to make their wedding day very special. One of the best decisions we made concerning our wedding was hiring Adam Tiegs to be our DJ and Emcee for big day. I say Emcee because he wasn't just a DJ he controlled the flow of the entire night, from narrating, to making sure we kept on schedule, to going with the flow he did it all. I know so many people who have gone with really inexpensive DJ's and have haven't had as good of a experience. My advice to you splurge on the DJ and photographers! Everyone kept coming up to us to let us know what a great job Adam and his assistant, Jamie were doing. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of stress and hire Adam, you won't regret it! read more

Travis was fantastic to work with! We worked out all of the details in a planning meeting prior to the wedding. He listened to what we wanted & made it happen. He even helped us incorporate the WSU fight song - Go Cougs! Every single detail we discussed was executed flawlessly. Travis was setup ahead of time at both the ceremony & reception venues. His MC work kept everything flowing right on time. He was not cheesy at all & did a wonderful job announcing toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc. The up-lighting was beautiful & the dance floor lighting was tasteful - exactly what we wanted. There were no problems at all with the microphone cutting out or the sound quality - the equipment & setup was done perfectly! We are so happy with Adam's DJ Service & feel that they were a great value. We even had guests asking us about our DJ because they have a friend, sister, etc. getting married soon - that's how good they are! read more

From: Chris Sollart Chris Sollart Photography; Adam is clearly one of the best DJs that I've had the pleasure of working with. He's got it 'down'! I would enthusiastically recommend him to any of my clients. He also made my job easier by coordinating the reception events with me so that I was ready when the next big photo opportunity was about to happen. Thanks Adam! Glad we met. Hope to work with you again soon. He doesn't have the ego problem that many wedding vendors have; he is clearly present to make things work for everyone involved including the other vendors. He is a true team player and that is what the bride and groom need most from their vendors. I've been a full time pro wedding photographer for decades and I've seen and heard hundreds of DJs (I was also one before making the change to photography 25 years ago!). I know what it takes to be an excellent DJ; it takes more than simply playing music. read more

My wife and I attended a wedding that was DJ'd by Adam a year before we tied the knot. We were immediately sold on his style and professionalism at our friend's wedding and proceeded to setup an informal meeting. Adam was very accommodating during the planning phase of our wedding. He met with us twice in-person before the event, which was very helpful. Our initial meeting was used to get to know each other and determine if we were a good fit. The second meeting was scheduled about a month in advance of the wedding to determine the genre and style of the event. Adam asked many questions about our music interests and did a great job incorporating our personal preferences of music into the event. He also helped steer us in the right direction when choosing formal dance songs and made sure to take note of the father of the bride's obsession with KISS. We were very impressed with Adam's attention to detail at the wedding. One thing that stood out to us was his willingness to go the extra mile...literally. He showed up to our rehearsal to scope out the venue and to meet the wedding party. The day of the wedding Adam was the first vendor on site. Adam partnered with the site manager, officiant, and caterer throughout the event to ensure we had a flawless wedding. Adam's skills as a DJ are top notch! We did not have a day of coordinator and with Adam at the mic we did not need one. Adam took the schedule that we provided him and ran with it. He did a great job keeping the reception on schedule and was able to accommodate last minute revisions. Our guests commented that the DJ was great and that mix of music kept the party going. The father of the bride was extremely happy that we Rock and Rolled All Night Long! Adam is the best. read more

Adam is a talented and outstanding DJ, host and organizer, who has a passion for his work. In an industry were most DJ's create a cheesy cookie-cutter reception, Adam created an atmosphere that was unique our wedding. Most importantly when consulting with Adam he treated us like friends and not as profit. He sincerely wanted to make sure our reception was perfect, and it was thanks to Adam! The way he was able to coordinate the communication between caterers, photographers, planners and guests was extremely smooth and professional, the entire night went perfectly because of Adam. We had a diverse crowd from all over the world of varying cultures, including a very large contingent from NYC and were afraid our DJ would not be able to reach across the entire crowd. However Adam kept EVERYONE engaged and entertained without being in-your-face and annoying, and at the same time kept true to the theme we wanted for our wedding. All of our guests were so impressed with Adam that they took notes of what he did for upcoming weddings! A friend of mine said if Adam was based in NYC, he would've hired him on the spot for his upcoming Manhattan reception. To top this all off Adam has professional ties throughout the Puget-sound area and was familiar with the staff and layout of our reception hall (The Canal at Ballard). I can go on and on of how impressed our guests and I were of Adam and his staff. He worked so hard and spent so much time with us to make sure things went right and did not hesitate with last minute changes. I would be more than happy to speak with anyone about Adam's service, he went beyond what we expected from him and make our reception so perfect it was unreal. read more

Adam is simply the BEST! He is so fun and outgoing, and he does everything he can to make sure you are happy. My husband and I met with Adam more than 18 months before our wedding. He came to us (rather than making us drive to him) and we talked about music for nearly 2 hours. Time flew by because Adam was such a pleasure to be around! Just to be safe, we met with one other DJ but we knew the second we met Adam that he was the one. When we next saw Adam, it was about a week before the wedding and he came over to our house for dinner. Once again, time flew because we were laughing and joking and just enjoying ourselves. Adam went over our wedding day timeline in detail, made notes about introductions for our wedding party (and helped us come up with silly introductions that proved to be a big hit!), and made some suggestions for specific songs to use. He also made a special edit of our introduction song and sent it to me for approval before the wedding. He also suggested playing the shoe game (which ended up being a HUGE hit with our guests!). Adam also went above and beyond by coming to our rehearsal when he heard that my Aunt was our Officiant and it was her first time officiating a wedding. He wanted her to feel comfortable and by doing so, he made our wedding ceremony go so smoothly! On the day of, Adam was there early and set up his gear quickly and professionally. Between all of the up lighting and the lighting around his gear, the venue never looked so beautiful! Adam worked with our Day-Of-Coordinator to ensure the wedding went very smoothly. With the music, Adam played all of our requested songs and mixed them in a way that kept us on the dance floor the whole night! My husband and I highly recommend Adam. He is very responsive with his emails, and very professional without being stuffy. He is also just so fun to be around! Adam made our wedding a success. read more

Adam's DJ Service came highly recommended by multiple vendors we worked with, so knowing we had a large wedding party and guest list it was no brainer to hire a professional to MC and help the days events flow. We spent hours one evening going over song selection and timeline and it wasn't until midnight that Adam realized the time had flown. His attention to detail shows that he loves what he does. And we appreciate his committement to us and did not feel rushed. At our wedding we choose the Fairy Tale package, that allowed for 2-3 different DJ set ups. Our venue was all inclusive with different areas on the property for the ceremony, cocktail and reception which made it easy for our guests to flow without the extra commute or traffic jam. Adam personally worked our wedding which was fun because he brought with it his personality. Our guests loved the reception and the shoe game was the highlight of our event. I would have given 5 stars, however Adam and staff flubbed the most important song of the day- my ceremony walk in song. Although we had spent hours during the pre-planning night, I learned moments before the wedding was to begin that they did not download or program the song. With less than a minute to start we had no back up option. I WOULD HIGHLY reccomend that the bride and groom bring their important songs to the venue as these things strangely happen. As a result, my song was played off of YouTube which buffered, in the end I walked down to no music but the nature of outdoors. In addition, while the reception was a hit with the fun games and traditional items, it felt a bit rushed. I would encourage Adam to take more time with the transitions, having done games, cultural dances, and traditional dances, it left us out of breath and with little time to enjoy our own reception. We had plenty of time to fit it all in. read more

It has been 2 years since our wedding and we STILL regularly have people tell us it was the best music they've ever heard at a wedding. I wish we could take credit for it, but it was all Adam. :) Thanks again Adam! read more

I would recommend Adam's DJ to anybody looking for a wedding DJ-- Adam is a very experienced professional who knew all the right questions to ask, and put us at ease well before the date of the wedding with a long meeting in which he explained the whole process to us and listened attentively to our concerns and ideas. He made a real effort to get to know the kind of people we were, and it showed on the day of the wedding-- he did exactly what we wanted while making the event run very smoothly. He kept the dance floor full all night, which was exactly what we wanted. We only have great things to say about Adam! read more

When planning a wedding, it is so nice to find a vendor that when you meet with them you are so confident, you think "Okay I do not have to think about that anymore" Dealing with Adam is exactly like that. Adam was the DJ for our wedding last summer in Seattle. If you don't have time to read further, then bottom line, Adam blew away our expectations and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ (wedding, party, etc...). Adam was professional and fully prepared for our wedding. He provided audio for the ceremony, our outdoor cocktail hour, and the dance floor which was indoors. The lights and sound quality were first rate. But, wait, it gets better. Not only is Adam highly proficient, he loves what he does and it shows. Adam met with us twice before our wedding to shares music and entertainment ideas. His ideas from songs lists, to wedding games, to introducing the bride and groom were awesome and went over well. If you're looking for a great DJ who loves what they do and knows what they're doing, then look no further than Adam. I'm very thankful we hired Adam to DJ our wedding. read more

My husband and I searched far and wide for the right wedding DJ and we were immediately impressed wtih Adam's DJ. Rather than have us talk to a screener, we were immediately setup to speak directly with the potential DJ that would be servicing our event. I can't say enough good things about working with Adam's DJ and specifically with Krispin. Thumbs Up: - Professional meetings and expert advice: Krispin met with us twice carrying a briefcase, his laptop, and the necessary paperwork. He was able to answer all of our questions and put us at ease. We never stressed about wedding music. - Tasteful music selection: Krispin found the perfect version of our wedding processional song for us, even only after giving him a few days notice. He set up all the equipment and the great music never skipped a beat. We got a lot of compliments after the wedding on how awesome the music was, especially when he mixed during our reception. - Timely Announcements: Krispin made all the right announcements and worked well with the other vendors to coordinate the perfect wedding. Though our wedding was about 30 minutes off schedule, the guests never knew it. - Great prices: We were able to get full coverage for our wedding plus a lot of extras, like lighting and two sets of speakers. After shopping around, they provided competitive prices for quality DJs. Thumbs Down: None! Thank you Adam's DJ! read more

I thought Adam was very accomodating to the particular needs of our special occaision. He stuck to the plan we gave him, but at the same time was able to adapt to the way our particular wedding played out. Adam is a DJ that will take the time to come and sit down and have an in-person meeting with you to get to know what it is that you are looking for at your wedding. read more

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! I had Travis from Adams DJ service at my wedding this past weekend and I couldn't be more happy with their service. Travis made the party function without any flaws. He was attentive to the needs of the bride (me) and of the guests. He stayed on cue and was flexible when needed. Oh and he was not cheesy at all. This service is professional, easy to work with and responsive. I did not have any worries about my choice from the first time I spoke to Adam and Travis. read more
