Inga is the lovely lady who did my mani pedi I was very relaxing, the spa chairs work great . it was busy on a Friday 11am But I didn't have much of a wait they put me in a chair and soaked for about 5 minutes before she started, which was very nice. They give a really good leg massage. I only get color on my toes because of my job so I just do clear on top . It took a little over an hour and I did not feel rushed. I really like the quick drying machines for my fingers it took only 2 minutes for my nails to dry. I definitely will be back.

The place was quiet and the techs talked amongst themselves but they had Grace and Frankie on the tv with subtitles so I didn't mind. This salon is 5 mins from my house and I decided to check it out based on reviews. The shop is clean and well maintained with a good selection of regular and no chip colors. No chip has been my preference for a long time so that is what I went with. The work is awesome, the second time I went to them, I threw out a design I wanted (learning some places really don't do designs for no chip) and they really put a lot of heart into it! I walked away a happy client. My first no chip was $45 and the second $50; a little pricey but again, the work was awesome in my opinion.

I was disappointed…read more I just moved to Arlington Heights and needed to find a new nail salon. I came across this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. I tried calling to schedule a time to get it fixed however never received a call back on the voicemail I left.

She said they could get me in and checked me in. After waiting 3 ish minutes, an owner or manager type person starts frantically asking people sitting down what they're waiting for. I said I was a walk in eyebrow. She went back to check, then came back and said a 20 minute wait. Seems like the receptionist did not check for availability before accepting me and it was a little chaotic. I'm sure it's a nice place to get services on a slower weekday. Unless you have an appointment, if you just need something quick, I would try somewhere else. The atmosphere and selection looked nice and the drinks looked appealing. Might try a different location
