This place is always a delight when visiting Newport Beach. They have the best Arabic coffee! The food is great and the service is on point.

Extremely kind employees, answered all our questions about the menu in a very polite way! Ordered a crepuccini and bash roll, both super yummy! read more

Love all of their desserts especially the crepes and the mini pancakes! The coffee is also really good

I used to love this place!! I would literally drive an hour just to get crepes here and go back. I went on Friday half an hour after they opened. The lady that took my order was so rude and mean and didn't even smile. I ordered a creppucini which I usually get, but this time it was half the quantity of the crepe and it barely had any chocolate on it. The crepe was very dry and crunchy like it was made hours ago, and didn't taste good. Tbh it was the worst crepe I've ever had. I don't know what happened to this place I'm so sad their service got that bad. read more

This goes for customer service. 7/24/19 I placed an online order at 11 p.m. I walk in with my boyf. at 11:30 , it's EMPTY and the two girls working there don't say a word. Not even a bland "hello welcome". Ok? Awkward silence. I wait at the register & it took them like 2 mins to even acknowledge me. They weren't working on any orders ! Anyways the brunette didn't have a friendly vibe once she got to the register & seemed rather bothered & clueless just as much as the blonde one. She doesn't have a clue as to what my online order was until they checked the iPad & see my order was already there. I understand, you get side tracked when you're so busy at this hour lol I finely got my 2 items (a crepe & creme doughnuts) that totaled to be $30! For that price & the experience I received means to tell people to avoid coming here. Was it worth it ? No. They over did it on the Nutella on one crepe that it became inedible. It would make sense if I order extra Nutella but that's not the case here. I would avoid this place if you don't want to deal with two stuck up girls with zero customer experience. If Rasha the business owner decides to comment on this then save your generic replies if you're not actually going to bother telling employees anything. read more

Super delicious chocolate covered strawberries, great customer service and quick service at that.

Very unfortunate experience here at Chocolate Bash. Being a Newport native, I always try finding a good desert spot. All we ordered was a chocolate milkshake that took 15 minutes to make. They got the order wrong and didn't add bananas and when we corrected them they charged us $3 for one banana and when trying to pay the difference they wouldn't accept a one dollar coin. read more

This place has such a good, fun environment! The girls who work here are SOOOO sweet, patient, helpful, friendly, and good-humored. They were so quick to explain how everything worked and offer recommendations. The sample platter is perfect for a group, and you get to experience a little bit of everything. Please change your name to CHOCOLATE BEACH. If you do I guarantee sales will go up. Thank you.

Delicious food including fresh fruit and high quality chocolate. We've tried crepes and mini pancakes.

I ordered a lotus crepe with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.. it was good, maybe a 6.5-7/10 but i took a bite of the crepe without any of the toppings n it tasted less than average.. it just tasted like dough.. so basically its the toppings that tasted good and made up for the disappointing crepe! So i guess if u choose the right toppings ull be fine. Visually though everything looked good on their menu! read more

Jennifer S was rude for absolutely no reason. I came here awhile ago and had the best experience with an employee who was probably the owner, but came back today and Jennifer's attitude made me never want to come back. read more

Food is great but if you're using Doordash, it takes an hour or more for them to confirm your order. Hope they fix this.

Enjoyed a super delicious crepe tonight with half cookie butter and half Belgian chocolate! So soft and well flavored! The cherry on top of my experience was that the customer service was excellent, even with the fact that they were about to close. I was offered samples of different sauces and given feedback on each of their desserts so late in the evening - all while the lady kept a genuine smile on her face. I really appreciated their effortless customer service and hope they last in their location for a very long time! Kudos to them also for their late hours too. Absolutely recommend! read more
