They offer creams, caramels, chocolate covered espresso beans, chocolate covered orange peels, truffles, and almost any other piece of chocolate heaven that you can think of. There is also a small espresso bar that offers a perfect cup of coffee as well as cocoa. Everyone there was extremely friendly, which is typical of most people I've met in this city. They did process the refund upon request but I doubt I would have unless I followed up. I would never use again! I have tried them all and I would say that maple and strawberries are a bit too sweet for me. But they are a great change when you have taken the Belgium milk chocolate forever. I personally like walking or going to a park to eat mine, so we drove up the closest place of greenery, which was in front of a hydro Ottawa building and ate our ice cream there. If this place was in a more convenient location, i'd probably go back, but for me it wasn't worth the hype or the drive. It's more of a once a year, type of treat.
