I've got more to try of each. So far the wafer is not sweet and has a lot of fiber! The website has the nutritional info and it is great for people watching their cholesterol and sugar intake. My fasting blood sugar was still low after eating these on Xmas. My friend said she will order more for me if I like them. With my appetite I've got enough to share and last me a long time!! I have been living on a low carb diet/keto/ketovore lifestyle for a while now. I have purchased many brands of chocolates and cookies that are NOT the conventional sugar and it has been a hit and miss. Our family enjoy the different chocolates, cookies, and syrups from Choc Zero. Eating these chocolates in moderation checks off the dessert box for us. These specialty items can get costly. I tried to address it and they proceeded to blacklist my card, my account and my entire IP so even my family members who also use the service cannot buy anything. I have tried to contact them for an entire year now through their customer service, and they refuse to acknowledge or answer me at all. I LIKE the things they sell but they effectively blocked me from ever getting anything from them again. This is a sugar free / Keto friendly candy company located in Fullerton, CA. They don't have a physical store but you can order off their website or find their products at different stores. I stick with their website since it's free shipping if you spend $35. They ship it in a cooler with ice packs so you don't have to worry if it's a hot day. This is seriously the best sugar free candy on the market. They use monk fruit to sweeten instead of artificial sweeteners and they load up the candy with fiber to cancel out any carbs. If you're diabetic or on a keto diet they are pretty much net zero carbs thanks to the fiber. Thanks to the monk fruit you won't get sick from it like you would from sorbitol and other sweeteners most sugar free products use. Unlike most sugar free products the prices for their products are pretty much the same as regular candy. They constantly add to their product line and the owner is very picky. If she doesn't like something herself she'll remove it. They had some sugar free pancake syrup she ended up hating so she refunded customers money without even asking. It wasn't that bad honestly! Their "Rhea" bar is their flagship item which is a full sized candy bar full of roasted peanuts, nougat, caramel and chocolate covered. If you handed me this and I ate it without knowing any better I would have no clue I was eating a sugar free candy bar with 28 grams of fiber! They also have AMAZING chocolate toffee covered almonds, tons of different barks, marshmallows, syrups for drinks, baking items such as chocolate chips, and much much more. My wife and I have pretty much eaten everything they sell and it's all good except their cookies. That's the only thing I've had where I'm like "hmm... something isn't right here". Was more about the texture of it than the taste. My wife didn't care for their chocolate peanut butter cups but I enjoyed them. If you're diabetic, wanting to reduce your sugar, on a keto diet, or just curious you really need to give this brand a try. I honestly can't imagine going back to regular candy. I truly enjoy the freeze-dried marshmallows, but.....My blood glucose was 95 and I ate about 5 handfuls of these and it spiked to 181 within 30 minutes! While these are very tasty, they are not good for Diabetics. I had hoped that the high Fiber would offset the high Carb load, but it does not at all. Rarely do I write reviews, but this company deserves a 5-star rating! Being self-employed ourselves for over 40 years, we know how very important it is to respond to customers promptly, and with honesty and transparency. We received an email from ChocZero, a loooong email that I took the time to read (because we do love their products and customer service so much), and the KIND of information they imparted was incredible. They didn't have to do this. We would have kept buying their products, because they're just that good. They totally explained recent changes to their packaging so we as consumers would know they were not participating in shrinkflation like so many others are. Instead, they explained that while their packaging is getting smaller in some cases, the price is going down per ounce across the board. And yes, they broke this all the way down by product and packaging type. This is called integrity. From jelly to syrup to candy, we have spent over $4500 in products over the past 4 years with this company, and have always found the products to be delicious. When problems did come up (watery grape jelly, for example), they didn't try to hide it, but instead went back and looked at the lot numbers and then verified that yes, we actually did receive some from that 'bad lot'. They immediately refunded our money with no hassle. THIS is customer service at its finest. Their delicious keto products, excellent customer service, and transparent findings (reasoning behind out-of-stock items, for example) are the reason why I tell everyone about ChocZero. I wish I could leave zero stars. I have purchased this product previously from a well-known online grocery and all was fine... clear syrup, clean bottles. I ordered direct from ChocZero and received 5 bottles of their syrup. 3 of the 5 had a gross film on the outside and were cloudy. 2 looked just like I would expect: clear syrup in clean bottles. When I reached out to return them, they are giving me such grief saying they may be cloudy bc of the "fiber" that is oh so good for you. What!?? And they insist they can't see the film on the bottles so they would rather lose a life-customer for $27 and not honor their own return policy that states "100% Happiness" guarantee. When I find a product I love, I am a for-life customer, I support & spend a lot, and I refer everyone I can. ChocZero loses! read more

Was at first delighted to be able to eat sweets that didn't contain sugar and seemed to not pack on the pounds, but upon doing additional research, it seems they are not made with the best of ingredients for one's health. Quite costly, too. They were once the only game in town, but there are many more choices now that are cleaner and better for you. Ordered from them directly several times, and there was always some issue or another. Their products melt easily, so can't easily be mailed during the hot weather. To compensate, they are using all sorts of packaging, which, I can't imagine is terribly sustainable. Too, there was always a problem of one kind or another with my order. Either the product arrived late, or melted (for instance got huge chunks of melted chocolate chips), or milk chocolate items were individually wrapped while dark chocolate items of exactly the same kind were not and were just thrown together into a plastic bag with pieces broken into a mess. Cookies initially came in tins, but they were always of different sizes, and sometimes there were more in a tin and sometimes less. They dry out quite quickly, too, and even the chocolate products need to be consumed in short order to keep their consistency and taste. Customer service is a bit snarky and not happy to remedy problems. Too, their product assortment was interesting and unique, but seems to be increasingly mirroring junk food products...like cookies and marshmallows and such. Jams and syrups might not contain sugar but the taste is not exactly the best. Can't say that I would recommend. read more

I've recently started buying from this company online and their sugarfree products are amazing! I first tried the maple syrup and fell in love with this product and it's taste and consistency. My next order, I decided to order a few more of the flavored syrups and one of the hazelnut spreads. My ordered arrived within a couple days and I was so excited to try the hazelnut spread. I love Nutella but I can no longer included it in my new lifestyle. The Choczero hazelnut spread is so good!! The texture is thinner than Nutella but, every bit as delicious and definitely cures a craving. Today my order came again within a couple days of placing my order, filled with more of their yummy spreads and pumpkin spice syrup. They also carry baking chocolate, chocolates and chocolate covered nuts that cater to the keto and sugarfree community. So far I'm really impressed. read more

Love their various dark chocolate sweetened with monk fruit! Only thing is in summer months they're often delivered in the ice packs or dry ice is already melted so sometimes they stick together however, they have refunded me when this happens they have refunded the money for the melted ones. I really like the product but, to my disappointment, I've just recently had a rather unpleasant experience with the company. I ordered up a 15 lb package with various chocolates, and it got lost! FedEx just says it was delivered but no signs of it anywhere. I spent a week looking everywhere and had my leasing office search everywhere but nothing turned up. When I reached out to the company, the customer support guys were not of much help but assured me they'd make it right if package don't turn up. They ended up issuing a refund instead of just shipping me the same order which would've been easier and make more sense.. and that's it. When I asked for a discount (for my troubles), they gave me 15% which anybody gets on the website, and when I tried to order the whole thing again, some of my chocolates were gone!! So while we're dealing with all that, not only I spent an extra week without the treats I was waiting on but they also had zeroed out on some items!!
