Chilaquiles divorciados (red and green sauce)

What a lovely surprise on the corner! We've driven by here often and finally stopped today on Christmas Eve for breakfast. The dining area is well decorated and super clean. The owner and servers are so kind. They have American classics, but also Mexican classics as well. The chilaquiles were 10/10 outstanding. The cappuccino was super foamy and creamy, the latte was dreamy and perfectly sweet. I got the banana Nutella crepes as well and they were so good. A lot of places make them soggy but these were perfectly cooked and covered in toppings. This was a great breakfast and certainly will come back!

We tried Chloe's Cafe for the first time yesterday and, although the restaurant is very small, we're very pleased! The service was great! All the servers and restaurant staff were very friendly and eager to provide for us. The menu has numerous choices of breakfast, lunch options plus Mexican cuisine as well. We were amazed at how fast our food was prepared. Our choices of a breakfast skillet and chicken panini were very good. The fruit cup was fresh and sweet. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and plan to return to try some other choices from the vast menu!

This cute small restaurant is family owned and operated. They kept some of the stuff from Blue Bear and updated it with their decor. The owners are husband and wife. We met the husband and he was a pretty awesome guy! The food was delicious... I had the Mexican skillet and the only input I have is I wish the potatoes were fresh cut and fried instead of frozen. But it was very good and the crema was amazing! My youngest son inhaled his pancakes and my husband enjoyed his omelet.

So I've made 2 trips to the Kenosha area in the last few weeks and experienced yet another awesome breakfast spot. Chloe's Cafe is a must stop! This is a small local place, but definitely not a diner or a dive. The restaurant is very neatly decorated and very clean. The staff was super awesome and very attentive and friendly. I ordered the Mexican skillet, my wife ordered pancakes, and my daughter ordered the banana waffles. Our food arrived in a few minutes and the presentation was nice. The pancakes were huge, the waffle was thick and airy, and the skillet was loaded with crispy potatoes, chorizo, jalapeño, onions, and cheese. I ordered the eggs over easy and it came with a side of avocado sauce. I opted for pancakes on the side. The skillet was a perfect blend of ingredients and the eggs were cooked perfectly. This was a great spot!

Racine egg Benedict was outstanding. Homemade tomato basil soup on Monday is my go to from now on. Can't wait to try more from there.

It felt like the menu was created just for me, with a selection of specialty flavored pancakes and a whole bunch of specialty lattes. I couldn't resist ordering the campfire pancakes (topped with a whole toasted marshmallow, of course!) and an iced mocha latte. The pancakes were delicious, but they were very thick, and with the chocolate drizzle, marshmallow, and graham cracker crumbles on top, it was too filling and I couldn't finish all of it. I loved my iced mocha, especially because of the perfect balance of flavors. The coffee didn't overpower the chocolate, but it didn't just taste like chocolate milk. The service at Maple Table was great--our waitress was so friendly, and even though it was pretty busy when we went, we didn't have to wait long for our food. My reason for taking off a star is because I really wanted to try the signature house donuts, but when we arrived at around 10am, our waitress told us that they were already sold out of all the donuts. That was really not the end of the world though, and my breakfast was still delicious regardless!

My mom ordered the key lime donuts & a coffee and I had a skillet with OJ. She said donuts were good but only the frosting was flavored...not the actual donut. Skillet was good but not a big portion. OJ wasn't fresh but from frozen concentrate and was thick. Overall place was nice and good. I would go back if I was in the area again.

Cozy Atmosphere, Great Service, But Food Could Improve…read more This small, charming spot has a lot of potential, but the experience was a bit mixed. The service is friendly, with two servers managing both the indoor and outdoor tables. They were attentive and quick to address any issues. When my husband's meal came out overcooked with burnt potatoes, they offered a replacement dish and even gave us complimentary beignets, which was a nice gesture. However, the food quality didn't quite match the price point. My chorizo omelet was flavorful but a bit overcooked, and while I appreciated the rosemary potatoes, the cheesy potatoes were just weird--definitely not what I expected. The coffee was a little weak for my taste but did have a pleasant flavor. As for the kids, this isn't the most family-friendly place. There's no dedicated kids menu, and while I loved the blue-beary pancakes, they didn't appeal to my little ones. We ended up ordering extra plain pancakes just to keep them happy. This spot is cute and could be a great brunch place to eat if you get the right dishes prepared correctly. I'd recommend it, but with some caution, especially if you're dining with kids or are particular about your food being cooked just right.

The restaurant is quite spacious and located on the second level of the building. There are options to sit inside, outside but covered, or outside. The marina and Lake Michigan add the experience with great views from the deck area. Our server was very nice. She was super attentive, and we really appreciated her checking back in for refills, napkins, etc. The food was actually the highlight of my experience. I got the garlic shrimp skewers which came with a Hawaiian roll, Cole slaw and a side (I chose a baked potato). My partner got the prime rib dip with hush puppies. Didn't have a chance to take a pic of the cheese curds before they were devoured! Only downside is the place is VERY noisy. Everytime someone who move a chair, the scraping sound was otherworldly. They are metal chairs on a concrete/gravel flooring. Not ideal. And waitstaff was constantly dropping things and running into each other or the chairs/tables. That was a bit chaotic. However, the food was great and so were the views. They also have live music (they had wrapped up before we got there today). I'd definitely come back (maybe sit inside near an area where you can look out on the lake).

No. Then there a sliced pork loin instead of slow roasted shredded pork with lots of garlic and oregano and citrus like a Cuban lechon would have. It's not even edible. I wanted so badly to like this. I just had back surgery and can't go anywhere. I was hoping they could get a sandwich right. It was horrible. I immediately gagged.
