Shout out especially to Jersey, she did nothing but make us feel welcome and a priority with our son. Jersey went out of her way to make sure we were picked up and assisted quickly and kindly. Her attitude is fantastic and our whole family was in love. The dispatcher, Cajun, was another amazing person of assistance. We also encountered Summer as someone who assisted us getting him off a lift and then also was fantastic later on as a driver of ours. Hilary was another great help as she coordinated a shuttle to pick us up at one point to get us to a stop faster.

There were 12 of us paying $45 each and taking up all the seats for this time slot, and the tour lasted just 19 minutes. We arrived only 6 minutes late, tours are booked on the hour, yet we didn't depart until 7:11 pm and were brought back at 7:29 pm--even though the next tour wasn't until 8:00. We did get hot cocoa and treats (as advertised), but overall it felt rushed, overpriced, and poorly run. Do NOT recommend. We were all very disappointed.

But the best was saved for last where we enjoyed a fabulous chardonnay along with a gourmet beef tenderloin kabob and potato pave (I believe). The restaurant was closed and we had the patio to ourselves along with the attention of the chef and the wait staff. It was a wonderful way to end the tour. Jennalee made sure she kept us on schedule throughout the tour without rushing us. En route to each stop, she shared her knowledge of the town, landmarks, and history-so interesting! Everything is impressive, but highlights for me were the stunning Tiffany chandeliers, the clock made by Thomas Edison, and the grand dining hall still used by students today. Tips: When in the Palm Beach area visit the incredible Flagler Museum in Palm Beach... fantastic. And when in Tampa, visit Flagler's buddy's Tampa Bay Hotel (built in 1891) also turned into a college... at the Henry B. Plant Museum.
